05/01/2023 Rainer 3500 Rough Plumbing -- Insp Completed : Approved
04/11/2023 James 3999 Final Plumbing**Two of the compartments from the three compartment sink are plumbed into a 2” continuous waste system, but there is a 1-1/2” branch that receives the discharge from the third compartment via a hub drain and a 1-1/2” trap. There is no minimum air gap for the indirect waste, (which is undersized, and vented with an AAV which is not allowed) and now the hand sink is being added into the hub drain of the 1-1/2” trap. The arrangement of the three compartment sink/grease interceptor, the other plumbing in the kitchen space, are not compliant with the plumbing code, nor with any plumbing code ever adopted in the State of Oregon. Adding the hand-sink from the sales area to an already non-compliant system is not an option. Provide a fix to bring this system in this kitchen into compliance, including the grease interceptor. -- Insp Cancelled : Denied

06/25/2012 PMT REC EMAIL FROM LARRY ADV THIS;Pamela, Thanks for the info. This site has some items that need correction: 1.+The grease interceptor that was recently installed is smaller than the minimum size allowed by the Oregon plumbing code. 2.+The interceptor doesn't have a flow control assembly installed as required by the code and the interceptor manufacturer. 3.+The hand sink currently bypasses the interceptor. I talked with Earl about correcting these items when I met with him and he indicated that he would get with Firkus to make the changes. Please pass on this info so that these corrections can be verified during the plumbing inspection on this permit. Thanks, Larry 06/22/2012 JMA EARL TOWNER AT COUNTER CHECKING ON STATUS OF PERMIT/FIRKUS SUBMITTED PERMIT APP FOR MOP SINK INSTALL/COULDN'T FIND/EARL COMPLETED NEW APP/NOT SURE WHATS NEEDED FOR REVIEW/GREASE INTERCEPTOR HAS BEEN INSTALLED/ FWD TO PAMELA 06/22/2012 PMT I CALLED EARL TOWNER BACK ADV TO COME BACK & WE WILL ISSUE PERMIT OVER THE COUNTER. Margin of error (MOE): The MOE is a measure of the variability of the estimate due to sampling error. MOEs enable the data user to measure the range of uncertainty for each estimate with 90 percent confidence. The range of uncertainty is called the confidence interval, and it is calculated by taking the estimate +/- the MOE. For example, if the ACS reports an estimate of 100 with an MOE of +/- 20, then you can be 90 percent certain the value for the whole population falls between 80 and 120.
Reliability: Symbols represent threshold values Esri has established from the Coefficients of Variation (CV) to designate the usability of the estimates. The CV measures the amount of sampling error relative to the size of the estimate, expressed as a percentage.
High Reliability: Small CVs (less than or equal to 12 percent) are flagged green and are considered reasonably reliable.
Medium Reliability: Estimates with CVs between 12 and 40 are flagged yellow and should be used with caution.
Low Reliability: Large CVs (over 40 percent) are flagged red and are considered very unreliable.
