Advertising at minimum cost Last week I was explaning the basics of business... As I was saying, no matter what area of business you are in, if you don’t have customers than your business will eventually fail. It is extremely important to get your business advertised in all the right places. This can be accomplished in so many different ways. Newspapers, magazines, internet, coupons, outside signs word of mouth and more. Choose something like a coupon to advertise a two day sale. This will get the customers rolling in the door specifically for the sale but then once they see all the products offered and the prices that are available everyday and the excellent customer service that they will receive, it is almost a sure bet that everyone will be coming back over and over wether there is a sale or not. Advertising can be very costly and many small independent businesses just can’t afford much advertising. It’s like car insurance: you can’t afford it, but you can’t afford not to have it. As someone has wisely said, “When business is good it pays to advertise, when business is bad you’ve got to advertise.” Newspaper adsFamiliarize yourself with the major papers in your city. Their readership might reveal some key demographic differences, allowing you to target readers who are more likely to respond to your business's offerings. Cover all your bases by advertising in multiple papers. Pick a pricing system that works within your budget. By agreeing to purchase recurring ads over an extended period, you may be able to negotiate a lower rate per ad. Before you agree to any recurring ad plan, you may want to give your ad a trial period to see if its attracting enough business to warrant further newspaper advertising.
Evaluate the efficacy of your ad by asking questions of your new customers. See how many customers became aware of your business as a direct result of advertisements in the newspaper. This information could lead you to purchase more newspaper ad space, tweak the ads you already have! Try Facebook AdsAs a small business entrepreneur, I just love being able to target specific demographics, pinpoint people we have not reached yet providing us with a platform to reach out to them. This kind of targeting allows us to minimize extemporaneous clicks from consumers [who are] just browsing or searching for information and gets us the most for our money. I can set a small budget and target specific customers – [by] age, gender, education and interests similar to my product categories.” Even if people don’t immediately make a purchase because of the Facebook ad, many of them wind up “liking” our business, and it creates a database of potential customers. Distribute FlyersIf you have a small business that focuses on a particular area, flyers are a great way to advertise. Chances are you have someone in your company or know a local graphic designer who can help you design the flyer and find the right printer for you. As for distribution, hire some high school or college students and have them put the flyers on parked cars, attach them to house entry doors and distribute them inside area businesses (to employees and on any bulletin boards, if allowed) and apartment complexes. While not every method will work for every business, each advertising strategy is for the goodwill of your company. Try a few to find out what works for you. Good luck!

DID YOU KNOW... the hawaiian alphabet has 12 letters - The Hawaiian language was first developed in the 1820s by Protestant missionaries from New England. Prior to contact from the Western world, Hawaiians had no written language other than petroglyph symbols. In order to convert all the Hawaiians to Christianity, they needed to standardize the native language and teach the locals how to read and write it. This goal was accomplished in 1826 in addition to the publication of a Hawaiian Bible. The modern Hawaiian alphabet contains five vowels, two consonants, and a symbol called an 'okina (') which marks a phonetic glottal stop (it is also technically considered to be a consonant). Hawaiian words only end in vowels, and each consonant must also be followed by a vowel. The twelve letters that are included in the Hawaiian alphabet are as follows: A, E, I, O, U, H, K, L, M, N, P, and W.

Everybody, every single Soul that comes into a body and Earth living, comes in with a 'support team'…. First, you have your 'Guardian Angel'. This wondrous Being has not only been with you for all of your present life, but has been with you since you first sparked into existence, incalculable millennial ago. You have your 'Spirit Guide'. This wondrous Soul,(unlike your Guardian Angel who has never experienced life in a body on earth), is someone who has had at least one life, and more likely, many lifetimes on Earth. Your Spirit Guide came together with you on the Other Side and after extensive discussions between your Souls and the Council, was chosen to be your Guide. This is the Guide, who will best help you to accomplish the challenges you chose as goals for this lifetime in your Life-Chart. Your Spirit Guide may or may not be someone with whom you have shared a previous lifetime. You may not have known each other previous to the coming together for this 'mission'….but rest assured, this Soul will spend every minute helping guide you while you are here. Many of you, are assigned 'Ascended Masters'. They will help you with specific
challenges in your life and do not necessarily stay with you for all of your years on Earth, but help you grow enormously while you take on 'the next big step' in a Spiritual growth spurt. We will help you through your darkest hours, and we will help you with what you call 'unimportant' tasks (like finding a good parking spot!) as we are here for you in any way, for any reason. We are here to serve… You have deceased family members and close friends who are also here for you. They watch over you and help guide you where/when they can. Call on them whenever you would like to make contact or want their help. They are closer in energy vibration to you, so to let you know when they are near, they will often do things like ring the phone, switch on/off a light, turn on/off the TV or radio. Electrical current helps their energy to move. In addition, many people find coins, feathers and very serendipitous events that have been attributed to their and our help from the Spirit Side. Animal Communication As with all good relationships based on love and respect, you'll want to use all the tools you can to enjoy a deeper, more profound level of connection with your beloved pet. As I've previously written about signals and body language communication, I'd like to expand your options and offer tips on, 'Interspecies Telepathic Communication'. As young children, non-verbal communication is the way we all naturally communicate with our loved ones until we are taught the more accepted and commonly used form of language. After learning speech, most of us, sadly, tend to use this form of communication exclusively because of society's accepted 'norms' and taboo's and then push back or simply forget our in-born ability of telepathy. Yet, it is always there in every one of us, ready and waiting to be re-awakened. What is “Telepathy’ exactly? Telepathy is the transmission of information using Thought Energy while not using the more common form of communication by spoken word or touch. waves or T.V. Signals or cell phones. They are all energy...all transmitted without us physically touching it, or seeing it move. But by golly, turn on the TV or radio and if it's plugged in correctly(it's energy source) you'll get your program! I personally, have never really questioned the how and why my television and radio work, but I am certain that when I switch channels to my favourite program (tuning into the 'right frequency') I will get the result I desire. It's the same with telepathic communication. You just need to tune-in to the right frequency! (More about that later in part 2.) *Everyone* has had an experience in telepathy already..... Have you ever had your dog, spouse or friend look at you and instantly know what he wants? Whether its dinner/outside/a hug/that spot on the couch, etc...? You respond without a second thought. If your neighbour were in the room at that time she might say, 'what are ya, psychic or something??? How did you know your dog wanted 'that'? Or as a 'human' example...who, at one time or another, hasn't heard the phone ring and instantly known who was calling before even picking up? And doesn't everyone know one of those long-time couples who can finish each other’s sentences or at any time 'just know' what their spouse is going to say? Then there's 'Mother's Intuition', who hasn't been on the receiving end of that? And who hasn't at one time, felt and been guided by a 'gut instinct'? Now, there's an 'aha' moment, right? Maybe you already see yourself in these examples? Maybe now, you can understand that Telepathic Communication is something anybody can do, including you!
