Let’s Get Back to it in Style We are back from our holidays and are feeling very good indeed! The holidays are nice: we take some time off, eat some great food and generally get a break from the grind of work. But the holidays don’t last forever. It can be tempting to fall into a holiday routine that keeps on going well after the last glass of wine, enjoyable as it might be, that routine won’t keep clients too happy! Sooner or later, we have to get back to work. We have to readjust to the schedules and workflows that keep us productive during those parts of the year when we would love spending more time by the side of the pool. I may be missing the sunset on the St. Lawrence a little and the country living without a schedule, but I am grateful for the town today as I have had a great surprise coming back to a brand new office entirely renovated! As the president of the “Homefinder Group”, it is with a great deal of pride that we wish to announce that after

9 years of operation, "The Homefinder Group" will soon make its presence felt in the "Heart of the City" district of downtown Cornwall by opening a brand new office at 145 Pitt Street. As such, we wish to further our commitment to the Cornwall and Seaway present and future esteemed clients. We envision this endeavour as being a way of better serving our clients, readers and advertisers, not only as a print media, but also as an online and physical presence in downtown Cornwall. We will announce the official opening date in the next edition as we look forward to seeing you there! Special thanks goes to Shawn Grignon from Get-R-Done Contracting who spent almost a year doing the makeover of the old Clarks Shoe store. Shawn, Richard and the whole crew never got discouraged with the workload, they made sure to Get-RDone! We also wish to thank all other professionals involved in the making of. Your Angel Message 'Signs' From Your Angels The Angels announced the topic of this week's Angel Message by serendipitously gifting me with a White Feather. Traditionally, Angels will use 'White Feathers' as a calling card to let you know they are with you. Watch for them to appear out of nowhere, with perfect timing and often in the most unlikely places!

Other symbols can be 'found' coins you may come across, shortly after requesting a sign. Literally, 'pennies from heaven'. Music is another way Angels will give you a message. Listen carefully to the lyrics of a song that suddenly catches your attention in some way, after you have requested a sign.

To receive a 'sign' to help you remember that your Angels are indeed with you or to request an answer to your prayer, simply, ASK! Your Angels love to help you and enjoy being acknowledged. Requesting a sign, then thanking your Angels when they deliver will cover both!

Slogans on billboards you pass on the road may suddenly stand out and hold special meaning. You may begin noticing 'Angels' everywhere you go. You may notice statues in parks, in a striking jewelry pin on a friends lapel, or perhaps your waitress's name tag reads, 'Angel'.

It's better not to request what the sign should be, or exactly when it should appear. Divine guidance has its own methods and timing in just the right way for you. Just be open to receiving. They'll usually find a way to get a message across to you, that will leave no question to its validity; something personal that you (and perhaps only you) will immediately understand.

You may suddenly begin to smell roses, a scent often associated with Angels, when none are around. Or unexpectedly, enjoy a sweet taste sensation like, 'heavenly ambrosia'...

Sometimes, Angels will use shape-shifting clouds. You may see a cloud in the shape of an Angel, or feathers or even in a shape that would mean something special only to you that pertains to your request.

Lift Heavier I challenge you, especially all you ladies out there, to lift heavier weight. It is fine to perform fewer reps if you are challenged by the heavier weights, make sure to maintain proper positioning. You'll be amazed with the strength gains - this is because heavier weights will recruit more motor units and will likely trigger some hypertrophy as well. 5. Sleep Better: Magnesium and Darkness Magnesium for good sleep is so effective, it works because it has a calming effect on the nervous system, and if you're deficient in magnesium, which almost everyone is, you'll have altered brain function and an elevated sympathetic nervous system. You also need to turn off all lights, screens, and light-emitting devices in your bedroom for good sleep. Also get rid of all electrical fields in your room. You'll be amazed by how much better you'll sleep just by making these changes.
