Recently, the most common emails I received was about breakups and how to get him back... Some of you are taking the "desperate times call for desperate measures" approach, causing you to do all kinds of unfortunate things, including the walk of shame and the drunk dial. These unflattering behaviors render you his doormat, and ultimately push him away. 1. Don't disagree with why things ended. If he brings up the reasons why your relationship ended, don't disagree with him. Find the truth in what he's saying, acknowledge it and apologize for it. It's better to be happy and loved than to be right. Wanting to be right is your ego stepping in and overshadowing your soul's desire to be happy and loved. 2. Don't try to convince him of all the reasons why he should come back to you. Trying to convince your ex why he should come back to you pushes him further away. It reinforces why he's better off without you because you appear needy and desperate. Needy and desperate are traits that will kill any attraction he may have for you.

3. Take responsibility for your role in the breakup. Instead of blaming him for what's happened, look within and determine how you contributed to the demise of your relationship. 4. Let him come to you. A man places a higher value on getting what he has to work for. When you miss your ex, don't make it easy for him. Instead of calling him during a weak moment, call a supportive friend. The space created lets him miss you and wonder what you're doing. He will contact you because he wants to see you, misses you, etc. 6. Hold a clear and positive vision. Be clear on how you would want your relationship to be this time around. Then behave and act in ways that support your vision and make you feel good about yourself. Let things unfold naturally and stay open to the outcome. If you find yourself becoming obsessed with getting your ex back, relax and trust that things will work out for your greater good. Spring Cleaning Old man winter is almost GONE! The snow is slowly melting, the sun is shinning bright, and the birds are chirping. With the sign of the end of winter, there comes a certain responsibility called “Spring Cleaning”. Spring cleaning does not have to be exclusive to just your home. Your car needs some tender, love and care uas well! Salt stained carpets and oxidized paint need to hit the road. When we think about cleaning our cars cosmetically for spring, we must always think about washing them first. With all that mud on our cars, there seems to be a white residue as well? ITS SALT! Over time, it can eat away at our cars, causing premature rust and corrosion. I would recommend either pulling your vehicle
through a car wash, or on a beautiful day, pull out the garden hose. After a good washing, we must think about applying protection to the paint. Wax isn’t just for muscle cars. Waxing our cars helps remove any hidden oxidization in the coating of paint and protects it from damaging sun rays and to a certain degree, air pollution. Next we need to tackle the salt stained carpets. Always try and vacuum up all the dry residues on the carpet before applying any liquid product. Next you can either use a carpet shampoo or a salt stain removal product, and scrub, and scrub until the salt residues have disappeared. White vinegar and hot water can work as well if your looking for something more cost effective.

Next we should find a product to help get rid of the offensive odor built up through the winter, from not having proper ventilation. Again a carpet shampoo may be helpful to use on the seats to give it a deepdown clean and fresh smell. "Odour stop" products work effectively as well. We don’t want to load up too much on air fresheners, as most of them only mask the problem for a very short time. Of course, let's not forget the dash board and the windows. Did you ever notice how a car seems to run better when it is freshly washed and cleaned? Flea & Tick Season While these pests are surfacing from their dormant life cycles. Here are some natural Tips for a Pest-Free Home. Your first line of defense against a flea infestation in your home is to keep your pet pest-free.

Vacuuming all the areas of your home your pet has access to is a given in controlling fleas indoors. Vacuum the carpet, area rugs, bare floors, upholstered furniture, pillows, your pet's bedding and even your own if your pet sleeps with you. Use the crevice tool and other nifty attachments to vacuum along the baseboards and around the corners and edges of furniture. Don't forget to vacuum hard-to-reach places like under furniture, beds and closet floors.
If feasible, designate a single sleeping area for your pet – preferably one you can clean easily. Fleas accumulate in pet sleeping spaces, so if you can limit those, it will be easier to control the situation. Your dog's or cat's bedding should be vacuumed daily and washed frequently. Cedar oil can be applied to your environment and pet bedding, as well as directly on your dog or cat. It is an all-natural insect repellent. You can apply sodium polyborate powder to your carpets and wood floors to get rid of fleas at the larval stage. You should keep pets and children out of the room while you're applying the product. The powder works for a year once it's applied unless you have your carpets steam cleaned.
Dump the contents of your vacuum as soon as you're finished and get them out of the house. Thumbelina is a 9 week old shepherd/rotti puppy.

Brain Teaser Water in the Cup A man in a restaurant asked a waiter for a juice glass, a dinner plate, water, a match, and a lemon wedge. The man poured enough water onto the plate to cover it. "If you can get the water on the plate into this glass without touching or moving this plate, I will give you $100," the man said. "You can use the match and lemon to do this." A few minutes later, the waiter walked away with $100 in his pocket. How did the waiter get the water into the glass?
Answer -First, the waiter stuck the match into the lemon wedge, so that it would stand straight. Then he lit the match, and put it in the middle of the plate with the lemon. Then, he placed the glass upside-down over the match. As the flame used up the oxygen in the glass, it created a small vacuum, which sucked in the water through the space between the glass and the plate. Thus, the waiter got the water into the glass without touching or moving the plate.
