Dubai aims high as it plans to open world’s biggest mall and tallest hotel Dubai aims high as it has announced its plans to build the world’s biggest shopping mall and tallest hotel, not to mention gardens that are said to be larger than London’s Hyde Park. Dubai revives its property projects which have been postponed due to the global financial crisis. And it is not surprising that Dubai wants everything to be big as it always aims at showing off.

This might come across as another lesson as to how you can possibly be a good leader. Nevertheless, more than being a good leader, it is all about coming up and then spreading the ideas and the ideals which will actually prove your mettle.
A Slight Diversion Remember Eat Pray Love? Well, it might not sound like a good example in this context, but let’s see if something can be drawn from it. For starters, the story starts with a woman called Elizabeth Gilbert who is skint broke in every way possible. She is out of her marriage, the lover who came afterward is no good and their relationship is another goner as well. The divorce leaves her absolutely cold and drawn from inside and yet she sets on a journey of self realization.
The mission of the company comes much later than the vision. Unless the vision is clear, the mission has no chances of even getting an audience. IPSCs’ possibilities Stem cell research is a very young branch of science as it began around 1998 when stem cells were identified. Just around 2007 stem cell research saw a revolutionizing breakthrough when Japanese scientists developed Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (IPSCs), which are cells taken from patients and then reprogrammed into other cells, including diseased cells as well.
Thanks to IPSCs a way to drug discovery will be significantly shortened and cheaper as well. The current business model of drug discovery takes average 13 years, and costs as much as $4 billion and it has an approximately 99 percent failure rate! Just about one year later in 2008, Susan Solomon and her friends founded the New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF). With the new robotic system generating identical stem cell lines, which was built by the New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF), mankind is one step closer to producing personalized medicine, which will be tailored-made while reflecting the genetic diversity of the human population.

Stem cells provide hope that this dream will become reality.” And yes, in fact stem cell research provide hope for science and scientific breakthroughs will have, without a doubt, an impact on health care in the near future. Despite many research challenges, ethical and legal barriers or even financial obstacles stem cell-based drugs and therapies are the future of medicine.
