Over the years, vegetarian and vegan diets have been gaining a lot of traction in the world of health and wellness due to their positive impact on our health and the environment. However, quite often the two terms have been used interchangeably. There has never been more variety and accessibility when it comes to plant-based food; it is exciting, but can also be daunting. We know that we should be eating less meat - and many already are - but when it comes to differentiating between the two there can be a lot of variations.
