It was fantastic to receive the news last week that our Family Wellbeing Team has been nominated for a Scottish Public Service Award.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Nicola Galloway, Stuart O’Neill, Fola Abifarin, Debbie Kerr, Patrick Monaghan, Hannah Stewart and Sarah Gordon for their dedication in developing this service and for the support they provide to families through our whole family approach.
Their innovative practice, coupled with strong collaborative working alongside partner agencies and multi-agency teams within GP practices, is delivering meaningful outcomes, not only for the families they work with, but for the practices themselves.
Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for the ceremony on 3rd December, and wish the Family Wellbeing Team the very best of luck!
Best,
Yvonne

Temp Scaffolding (Glasgow)
Be aware that scaffolding has been put up for essential roof works at the Glasgow office.
This will temporarily reduce the number of available parking spaces. The work is expected to last up to 2 weeks.

Ellie Templeman, Karen Fisher’s niece, has chosen includem as her charity for the Youth Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) at Auchmuty High School.
If successful, Ellie’s could secure a £3,000 donation to support our work.
Ellie has put together an impressive presentation (all on her own!) highlighting the impact of our services and the difference we make. Karen provided an interview to Ellie to help bring our work to life.
Once Ellie has completed her final presentation, we’ll share a copy so everyone can see the brilliant work she has done –fingers crossed!

Our festive mascot, Radha, is back for another year of festive fundraising as we relaunch Radha’s Little Helper Campaign. This year, we’re encouraging everyone to “give the gift of support” by donating to our Young Person’s Festive Appeal rather than focusing on traditional gift-giving. The Young Person’s Fund JustGiving page will be temporarily transformed with a festive makeover to match the season.

We’ll be using the Donr text-to-donate platform and EasyFundraising to make giving quick and effortless. Look out for weekly themed messaging tailored to families, corporate supporters

Our new Festive Hub tile is now live!
Downloadable leaflets (for gifts, toys, books and more), plus social media graphics you can share to spread the word. If teams are creating their own posters or letters, please run them past Comms & Public Affairs first.

School’s Charity of the Year
We’ll soon be reaching out to Primary and Secondary schools in service areas to encourage them to choose includem as their Charity of the Year 2026
If you know a good contact at a local school, please let us know.
