We are proud to showcase the best of Cork produce and suppliers. All our ingredients are sourced within the County of Cork wherever possible. Some of our local suppliers include Clóna Dairy Products, Coolcower Meats, The Clonakilty Food Company, Shannonvale Foods, Caherbeg Free Range Pork, Shellfish de la Mer, Glenmar Seafoods & Innishannon Free Range Eggs
