If Only You Remember is a story about Sofea & Shafique who had fate brought them together many times, and they found comfort in each other’s company. They felt like each time in their encounter, they had this feeling that they’ve waited & known each other for so long even for a brief moment, and with that they finally tied their relationship with marriage. But later their marriage was tested with Shafique’s condition - dementia, deteriorating his memory and brain altogether.
