Rich Perello is the founder of Perello Design & Build and a master of detail-driven construction. With a background in luxury homebuilding and a reputation for precision and trust, Rich approaches each project as both craftsman and collaborator. His work blends architectural integrity with real-world livability, making him the engine behind IMAGINE’s seamless design-to-execution process

Mike Hill is the founder of Studio 3H, a design studio known for its clean lines and confident minimalism. With a background in architecture and visual direction, and past work with Zaha Hadid, Nobu, and Rockwell Group, Mike brings a refined, modern aesthetic to every project At IMAGINE, he leads the creative vision from concept to completion
