The sales process involves the sale and purchase of a parcel of land and the construction of a villa on same. Each lot has approval for a specific villa type only.
1. Select your preferred lot and villa and provide the name of the Attorney who will represent you in the transaction.
2. Sign the Reservation Agreement and pay the non-refundable deposit of US$10,000 to hold your lot and villa for sixty days. The selected lot and villa will be taken off the market.
3. Your attorney will receive the draft Sale Agreement and Build Contract and will have thirty (30) days to return the signed agreements together with payment of the deposit. The deposit is 10% of the agreed sale price for the lot and villa, less the reservation deposit already paid.
4. The lot will be conveyed to you upon receipt of the balance of the funds for the lot.
5. You will be required to make stage payments for the construction of the villa upon delivery of the certified completion certificate for each construction stage as follows:
