Welcome to The Hill, Nicky Slices by Courtney Kamm-Finn
Nicky Slices Pizza Club, the coolest club in the world, is an Instagram-based, take & bake, Detroit-style pizza club set to open their first brick-and-mortar location on The Hill in just a few months. Nick Williams, owner and founder of Nicky Slices, announced the brick-andmortar buildout on August 26, 2024 in an Instagram post. “In a couple of months, you’re going to be able to come and get hot pizzas, hot slices, chicken wings, philly’s, everything that you want—live and in person,” Williams said before walking outside to showcase the amazing neon graffiti logo painted on the side of the building by Brooklyn-based artist Adam Fujita. Nicky Slices grew exponentially on social media over the last few years, selling take & bake pizzas exclusively via Instagram, debuting a new menu every Monday and delivering to customers on Thursdays and Fridays. Most known for their outrageous weekly specials like the LA Street Dogg (mustard, mayo, ketchup, avocado salsa, grilled jalepeño) or the Fall Baby (pepitas, goat cheese, panang curry {shrimp or vegetarian}), you can also find classic favorites like Mom’s Spaghetti (four cheeses, roasted tomato, marinara, parsley pesto) and The Roner (pepperoni, basil, garlic-chile hot honey). Although we’re not
sure what pizzas will gain a spot on the new in-person menu, expect to have your taste buds wowed! You can find Nicky Slices at 2240 Edwards St., and while an opening date has not been announced yet, you can follow their progress and more at their Instagram account, @nickyslicespizza.
