New Generation in Claims Ambassadors
Last year, ILC introduced its New Generation in Claims conference under its Sustainability umbrella of specialist, future focused events.
The Sustainability programme of events covers key subject areas we – as an industry – must focus on in order to create a ‘better tomorrow’ and ensure the claims sector is fit for the future.
How to get better at attracting, developing and retaining talent in our industry is a clear and recurring theme throughout the ILC community and beyond, and our aim with the New Generation event was to provide the launch pad by which we can all contribute towards that brighter future.
In 2024 we aim to go further and bring even greater impetus to the New Generation initiative with an expert insurer advisory board; regular, pro-active focus sessions; and a main conference… and this is your chance to get onboard and help make a difference as an Ambassador.

New Generation in Claims is focused on not only ensuring the sector is fulfilling the needs of attracting and nurturing young people into kickstarting their careers but so too explore and understand how the sector can become a ‘go to’ destination for fresh, untapped talent pools and alternative skillsets. A key overriding aim is to change the way people respond when we say: ‘we work in insurance’.
