RC frame structure is one of common used building structures. Previous studies show that infill wall significantly
contribute to the seismic performance imposed on RC frame structure, increasing structural stiffness and hence leading to
decrease structure's natural period. However under strong earthquake, infill wall not only holds up large lateral seismic force
