This study set out to ascertain the degree of contamination in the Kukrail Nala and how much it contributed to the
pollution of the Gomti River. The Kukrail Nala begins in the Kukrail Forest and confluences with the Gomti River after
travelling approximately 26 kilometres, passing through the centre of the city. As a result, the Kukrail Nala's pollution will have
an impact on the health of Citizens, particularly those who live nearby.
