Local Area networks work in frequency ranges 900 MHz, 3.6 GHz, 4.9GHz, 5 GHz, 5.9 GHz, 6 GHz and 60 GHz. It
supports broadband communication and provides end to end communication without any propagation delays. For
establishing LAN network, antennas are employed to transmit and receive signals. But the existing antenna designs for
wireless LAN cannot accommodate higher bandwidths even though they provide good gain.
