This thesis presents a numerical investigation of heat transfer enhancement of low volume concentration of Carbon
Nanotube - Fe3O4/Water Hybrid Nanofluids in a tube with Passive augmentation methods. Heat exchangers with twisted tape
inserts of H/D = 10 have been investigated Several attempts were done in this work for particle volume concentrations of 0.1%
and 0.3% using CFD software.
3D numerical simulations were performed for fluid flow and heat transfer using 3ddp steady state with k-ε turbulence model
with Realizable for turbulent regime.
