Portable devices have changed the aspect of living from last two-three decades and Lithium-ion battery has become
choice of wide number of users. Although, a lot of research is required to eliminate its limitations allowing it to become the most
suitable energy source for applications like power tools, Electric vehicles etc.
The previous studies have proved that the improved thermal and electrical properties are one of the benefits of Cryogenic
treatment process. This experiment is an attempt to study the effect of cryogenic treatment on the electrical properties of the
cathode of a Li-ion battery.
