Work is Worship seems to be gone now a day because of the reason of stress. Stress is a crucial word in organization in
the present scenario. Stress is a fundamental component of life, the modern world which is to be a world of achievements and
world of stress. The main objective of the study was to understand the problems and issues faced by working women in India.
The objectives also included identifying the key socio-economic attributes contributing to women’s status, safety and security,
and to study women’s involvement in various activities/ organizations for improving of family, community and society.
