needs. Service distribution is an interesting facet of cloud technology study. This is a mechanism that helps users to benefit from
cloud providers as a metered utility in the cloud. The cloud administrator is responsible for efficiently allocating available
resources to the execution tasks, thus improving the performance of the system while reducing energy consumption and
providing reliable resources most of the existing research work only take one aspect and neglects their interconnections.
