This edition presents the findings of the 2024 Annual Report on the Independent Evaluation of IFAD. These feature, among other, the need for greater attention on rural poverty impact, on the one hand, and the continued improvement of environmental and natural resource management and climate change adaptation projects over the last decade, on the other.
