Now in its eleventh edition, Aula Mediterrània 2024–2025 reaffirms its role as a leading academic platform for dialogue and research on Mediterranean issues. Bringing together 17 master’s programs and 26 universities, the program has become a key meeting point for scholars and students committed to understanding the complexity of the region.
Under the title “Understanding the Mediterranean in Turbulent Times,” this edition addressed urgent social, political, economic, and cultural challenges — from regional conflicts and migration to climate change, disinformation, and the evolving cultural landscapes of the Southern Mediterranean.
This volume gathers the written contributions of the speakers who participated in the lecture series, expanding on the debates and reflections shared throughout the sessions.
