The IELA Sustainability Working Group is presenting a series of GREEN CHALLENGES to boost the IELA Membership to take a step towards the social aspects of Sustainability. This cookbook is the result of the 2nd challenge (January & February 2024) which aim was to encourage everyone to embrace plant-based diet at least once a week in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
