Students from the Jerome F. Lederer Charter High School, members of San Bernardino Generation Now, the Taking Back Our Neighborhood Streets alliance, and the Institute for Public Strategies helped paint a mural on a former blighted lot on E. 19th St and Sepulveda Avenue on April 11. with trash. It resembled a dumping ground. Although dead grass still stands, the walls of the lot are now livened because of murals that were painted by neighborhood leaders and local students on Saturday April
