Our designers Magnor works with some of Norway's best interor- and productdesigners and artists. Glass is one of the world's most difficult materials to shape - in the fraction of a moment the hot mass hardens and the product is created. Here we present some of the designers and shapers with whom we now collaborate.

Marna Haugen After Rain Marna Haugen is an award-winning influencer who stands for good values. She is known for being open and honest about life's ups and downs, and has collaborated with charities. She has design experience from a jewelery collection for Thune and a bedding collection for Princess. Marna comes from an artistic family and draws well. As an influencer, she has been voted the people's favorite three times during the Vixen Influencer Awards. Marna has garnered a lot of praise for her honesty and sincerity about her battle with cancer, which she has been struck by twice. Marna is now making her debut as a designer for Magnor with the beautiful art glass series AFTER RAIN, which is a tribute to life.

Halvor Bakke is a renowned interior designer and the host of Eventyrlig Oppussing (Magical Renovations). With an impressive portfolio, he has designed everything from furniture and interior decor to color palettes, wallpapers, bed linens, kitchens, bathrooms, and cabins. His keen sense of aesthetics and functionality has led to a range of successful products. For Magnor Glassverk, he has created iconic collections such as Cape, Harlekin, Hazel, Lerk, Linen, Lux, Noir, Nostalgi, Old Farm, Pure, Rocks, Savanna, Skyline, and XO. This time, he is presenting exciting new items, including the Art dish and bowl in art glass, Floor candlestick, XO long drink/beer glass, Pure Steel cutlery in both matte and glossy finishes and the Ravn porcelain series. Halvor Bakke continues to inspire with his unique designs.

Teresa Bergerud Alba, Evig, Husnisse, Snømann & Grantre, Fryd, August & Alba bestikk, Teresa Bergerud is a experienced designer and has over the last 20 years worked with different materials, products, other designers and disciplines.. She was the head of design at Magnor from 2009-2015. Today she is working as a designer and product developer for Magnor, and is in charge for Studio Magnor. Teresa Bergerud has Cand. Mag in Productdesign from Oslo MET (2003) and has experience as the founder of Gulberg Design, with art direction, comminication, graphic design and as an owner of a furniture factory. For Magnor, she has designed Alba and Husnisse. 4

Maud Angelica Behn Til Deg, Vi Møtes Maud Angelica Behn is the eldest daughter of Märtha Louise and the late Ari Behn. She is known as an artist, poet, author, and speaker, and is a public advocate for mental health. She has published the books Threads of Tears and Suddenly (with Helena Stålnacke), and has appeared on TV 2 programs such as Kokkeskolen and Maskorama. In collaboration with Magnor Glassworks, she now debuts with elegant art vases and colorful glass hearts that convey comfort, gratitude, and love.

Knut & Kjartan Fjord, Lucia Knut og Kjartan became known to the public through their participation in the reality show “Sommerhytta” (Summer Cabin) on the Norwegian TV2. Here the viewers did not just follow their renovations but also their process of having their daughter through surrogacy in the US. Today, Olivia colors their world. With the interior series IGLO, Knut & Kjartan designed their debut collection for Magnor Glassworks. This collection was very successful, just like the children’s tableware JIPPI & TRULS. Their latest collection is the beautiful and classic porcelain tableware FJORD, which is a tribute to all grandmothers.

Caroline Olsson Skog The designer of the series SKOG is Caroline Olsson. Caroline has a degree as a product designer, and enjoys working directly with the material, preferably in collaboration with industry professionals, to create her pieces. Caroline is committed to creating poetic products that will feel meaningful to own and to live with for years to come. She grew up in the deep forests of Magnor, Eidskog, which is also home to Magnor Glassverk.

Camilla Prytz Unik, Swirl, Jubalong, Moose Camilla Prytz is a renowned glass artist and jewellery designer, who has worked with glass, precious stones and enamel for over 25 years, holding many exhibitions at home and abroad. She is a trained glassblower at Kosta Boda, and has run her own workshop and jewellery brand since the 90s, creating pieces that have been used by celebrities / royalty all over the world. Her work is inspired by symbolism, moving seamlessly between art and design. Now Camilla Prytz is back where she started, namely with glassblowing. She is passionate about old craft traditions and locally produced design. Camilla Prytz has designed the UNIK sculptures for Magnor, and is now adding to her brilliant work with the art glasses SWIRL

Finn Schjøll Bijoux, Boblen Pride, Family, Florytale Finn Schjøll is one of Norway’s most popular flower decorators, TV personalities and speakers, well known for his good humour and wisdom. A maestro of flowers and decoration, he constantly provides new inspiration on how to delight others with beautiful flowers and table settings. For Magnor Glassverk he has had much success with Boblen and Florytale, and now adds the brilliant BOBLEN PRIDE to his collection.

Marianne Stensrud Klem Marianne Stensrud is a trained Exposure Designer from Westerdals, where she has also worked as a teacher. Today she works as a creative director and as a set designer on a number of well-known TV productions. She has extensive experience, and has for many years worked with interior, shape, colour and a variety of different materials to create unique environments. She draws her inspiration from nature, and appreciates the contrast between old craftsmanship and modern design. Warmth, light and warm colours combined with new and old are common in Marianne Stensrud’s design. For Magnor, she has released the designer lamp KLEM.

Storm Voyage, Galaxie, Palazzo Storm Storm is a very popular stylist and interior designer with excellent references from Vogue, Elle, etc. He is also known to the public through his participation in the TV shows Top Model, Masterchef, and Stylistene (the Stylists). Moreover, he has designed bedlinen, underwear and boutique hotels in Mexico. Storm is a very experienced stylist and knows his interior. His creativity is fuelled by natural wine, food, and music from all over the world, but also by physical interiors and various aesthetic expressions. “Everything is connected”, he says.

Tone Kroken Lumo Tone Kroken is an interior stylist and designer known for her intuitive and fearless approach to colour, art and space. She creates warm, personal homes full of character, blending art, vintage and sculptural elements. A columnist, author, podcast host and TV presenter, her style is constantly evolving, inspired by travel, experiences and curiosity. Tone Kroken’s Lumo collection for Magnor features organic vases and lanterns in light and dark tones, each with a unique, sensual character. Her design philosophy? Creating homes that feel alive, genuine, and effortlessly welcoming. 5

Design Studo Magnor

TALLMO pays tribute to craftsmanship, material, and the moment. The series features mouth-blown bar glasses shaped by Magnor’s glassblowers at the historic forest glassworks. Each piece carries subtle variations that reveal genuine handcraft. Challenging the traditional round bar glass, the glassblowers created a sculptural, functional square design. The geometric shape enhances light and reflections, while the weighted base adds stability and a modern, architectural feel. Made for those who value quality and design, TALLMO suits whisky, cocktails, water, and everyday luxury. The series includes three unique glasses: highball, lowball, and snaps.

Design Halvor Bakke

XO is a new and elegant wine set with beautiful light effects, designed by interior designer and TV personality Halvor Bakke. The series is sleek and gives an exclusive feeling. Light topaz-colored glass with swirlpatterned optics combined with sparkling clear stems create a fantastic light effect. The optical glass evokes thoughts of old aristocratic glassware and pairs perfectly with the porcelain tableware that Halvor Bakke has designed for Magnor, such as Linen, Noir, and Nostalgia. XO is the term for something exclusive, rare, special, and extra fine. The new XO wine series has exactly these elements. Once again, Halvor Bakke has drawn inspiration from South Africa and the amazing Delaire Graff vineyard, perhaps the most beautiful and exclusive vineyard in all of South Africa, with stunning views of the vineyards and all the way down to Cape Town and Table Mountain in the distance. FRYD

Design Teresa Bergerud/Studio Magnor

Fryd is the feeling of pure joy and delight, and it is precisely this sensation that designer Teresa Bergerud has infused into her work in creating the soft, delightful shapes of this glassware series aptly named Fryd. Fryd is designed for both everyday use and special occasions. Made of crystal, the series includes two wine glasses: a large red wine glass for full-bodied wines, a narrower white wine glass for lighter wines and bubbles, a stemmed glass for beer and cocktails, as well as a water glass. Good drinks are best enjoyed in company, which is why the glasses come in a box of four.

The renowned chef and sommelier Trond Moi has tested the glasses and says: 'These glasses are perfect all-round wine glasses. They have just the right shape to swirl the wine and release the aroma, and the clear glass lets you see the color. I often use the red wine glass for most white wines as well. The white wine glass is ideal for champagne, as it preserves the bubbles. The beer glass is suitable for both pilsners and fruity IPAs, and the water glass is a good size that complements the series.'

Design Teresa Bergerud

ALBA is a line of exclusive, classic and functional glasses that will be passed down for generations, and will always feel “right” - even for the most important of occasions. Designer Teresa Bergerud got her inspiration from old glassware and hand cut patterns. The series consists of both stemware and bar glasses in two beautiful hand cut designs: ANTIQUE (classic and traditional crystal patterns, a famous Magnor design) and FINE LINE (crisp, tight and modern striped patterns).

NOIR, designed by interior designer Halvor Bakke, is as sleek and seductive as the Parisian evenings it was inspired by. During one of his many trips to Le Marais, Halvor took note of the dark elegance and gourmet cuisine which characterises this part of Paris, creating a unique wine series that highlights the wine and meals, allowing it to play the main role at the table. SWIRL is an exclusive and unique art glass series, designed by the famous artist Camilla Prytz. A versatile piece, SWIRL can be used both as a lantern and a drinking glass. Each one is mouth -blown by proud glassblowers in the glass hut at Magnor Glassverk, together with Camilla herself. Design Knut og Kjartan

Fjord tableware would like to carry on the Norwegian heritage. The visual expression plays with nostalgic, as well as modern elements. It is a fusion between eras and a flirtation with the world’s classical blue porcelain traditions. Knut & Kjartan have moved away from the cobalt blue color practice and instead designed a modern denim blue universe. The illustrations are painted in watercolor by the designers themselves. The tableware reflects old Norwegian handicrafts from Valdres and Finnskogen, with contemporary architectural contrasts.

Design Finn Schjøll & Anna Handell

FLORYTALE is an artistic set of tableware - beautiful, adventurous and playful. It consists of nine outstanding painted parts based on Anna Handell’s watercolour paintings. In these items you will discover joy, art and functionality while infusing your table settings with a multitude of creative and personalised combinations. FLORYTALE is an adventure, taking you on a more exciting journey than traditional porcelain. It is inspired by nature’s compelling and complex world that is all about colours, shapes and lush coexistence of different life forms which all have their unique strategy for survival. With the splendour of colour, scents and delicious shapes, symmetry and patterns, nature is the self-evident life force in the FLORYTALE story.

Inspired by St. Nicholas and the generous spirit of giving found in Nordic Christmas traditions, Knut & Kjartan have created a decorative design where nostalgic Christmas stories meet a timeless expression. Santa and the children in the winter forest carry memories of a Christmas we remember, and one we wish to pass on. The decoration is hand-painted in watercolor by the designers and is based on the same color palette as the Lucia Christmas tableware. This makes the two collections easy to combine. The Glass Hearts TIL DEG are the result of a close collaboration between Magnor and artist and author Maud Angelica Behn. The series consists of three mouth-blown glass hearts, each with its own message: Comfort, Love, and Gratitude. Each heart is shaped to rest naturally in the hand – as a reminder of closeness, care, and presence. They can be displayed as small sculptures or hung up to bring color and warmth into a room. With every heart comes a unique art card featuring Maud’s own illustration and a text written and signed by her.

VI MØTES is a personal vase series created with artist Maud Angelica Behn. It includes three mouth-blown, handcrafted glass vases inspired by her father Ari Behn’s heart-shaped design— symbolizing love, connection, and belonging. Each vase is made at Magnor Glassverk from genuine crystal and stands about 18 cm tall. Every piece is unique in shape, color, and expression.
