NEWS FROM HQ Through the following pages you can see the goodwill that exudes through and from the company, be it sponsoring the recent Pride event in Windsor and Eton, to supporting the Armed Forces and also celebrating International Security Officers’ Day 2026 so well amongst our teams. There is a feel good factor running through these pages.
A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO, ANDY KYNOCH
ICTS is often referred to as the leader of Aviation Security services. Whilst we started many years ago as an aviation security company at Gatwick, we have since evolved and developed into a premium security business with a robust and growing Corporate Security Division. With our foundations in the aviation arena, ICTS offers an unrelenting level of security to a broad range of sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
So, thank you all for what you do each and every day. Keep doing what you are doing in Corporate and Aviation, I am so proud of you all in everything you do and how we are as a family.
I am sure all of us who are old enough to remember the terrible events of 9/11 will recall that day, 25 years ago, where they were and what they were doing on the day of the worst terrorist attack in history. Nearly 3,000 lost their lives including crew members of our airline clients. We stand by you, we always will as we honour the fallen. On that poignant note, as usual, take care and stay safe!
Andy Aviation gave us our ‘DNA’, our indefatigable desire to get security not only right first time, but right every time. With that said, it’s truly heartwarming to announce that this week we commenced a new contract within Corporate Security at five new locations within the data centre sector. We continue to go from strength to strength within the critical infrastructure arena. Our unrivalled success over the years in aviation and now outside of that field, is down to you, our teams, our people. The following pages relate to many stories of achievement and awards, long service, commitment to doing a great job right first time and every time.

SUICIDE & CO CHARITY LAUNCHES APP TO REACH MORE PEOPLE BEREAVED BY SUICIDE We are pleased to announce that ICTS is partnering with Suicide&Co, a charity dedicated to supporting people who have been bereaved by suicide. This partnership reflects our commitment to colleague wellbeing and our belief that no one should have to navigate grief alone. As part of this partnership, ICTS colleagues and their families can access Suicide&Co’s free counselling, support services, and digital resources - details of which are set out below. Suicide&Co is a charity dedicated to supporting people bereaved by suicide and to opening up the conversation around grief. In the five years since it was founded, the charity says it has provided more than 20,000 counselling sessions and over 5,000 support calls. Now it is adding a new tool to its work: a free mobile app designed to sit alongside its professional services and reach the thousands of people who need support but cannot always access it. Why an app: The charity says demand for its counselling has been high since launch, and that scaling one-toone services alone could never meet the need. To test whether a digital service might help, Suicide&Co ran a study with more than 300 people affected by suicide loss. The results pointed to a clear problem: people rated their desire for personalised bereavement resources at 8.7 out of 10, but their ability to actually find those resources at just 3 out of 10.
A range of support available: The charity also provides two free, professional support services, both delivered by telephone or video call to people over 18 who have been bereaved by suicide. Its Early Bereavement Support is aimed at the first six months after a loss, when grief is often at its rawest. Trained Suicide Bereavement Advisors offer flexible calls of around 30 minutes, scheduled weekly, fortnightly or around significant dates, combining emotional support with practical help such as building a support network and navigating difficult conversations. For those further along, the Counselling Service offers up to 12 free sessions with qualified counsellors who specialise in suicide loss. These weekly, 50-minute sessions go deeper, helping people process their grief over time. Applications for either service can be made through the charity’s website or by calling its support line.
Suicide&Co also provides a suite of digital resources. For more information: Suicide&Co can be reached on 0800 054 8400 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) or online: suicideandco.org. The app can be found by searching “Suicide&Co App” on the App Store or Google Play. SuicideCo - NSPA
The app is the charity’s answer to that gap. Free to download, the app offers exercises and guided programmes for sleep, anxiety and stress, a daily mood tracker, journalling with grief-specific prompts, and a personalised toolkit where users can save resources, alongside expertly reviewed book and podcast recommendations and signposting to other services.

NEWS FROM ASM - ELECTRONIC SECURITY AND MONITORING SERVICES. Adam Lodge, General Manager of ASM writes, “ASM successfully passed its NSI Gold audits for both our Electronic Security and Monitoring Divisions. This is a significant achievement for our teams and reinforces our commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality, security and service to our clients. NSI Gold accreditation is widely recognised as the premier certification within the security industry. It demonstrates that an organisation not only complies with the relevant British and European security standards, but also operates a robust Quality Management System that is independently audited and assessed on a continual basis. For our clients, NSI Gold certification provides assurance that: • Security systems are designed, installed, maintained, and monitored in accordance with recognised industry standards. • Processes, procedures, and service delivery are regularly audited by an independent certification body. • Staff are appropriately trained, vetted, and competent to perform their roles. • The business is committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. • Risk is reduced through consistent and professional service delivery. Maintaining NSI Gold accreditation is an important differentiator within the security sector and demonstrates ICTS ASM's ongoing dedication to providing trusted, compliant, and high-quality electronic security and monitoring solutions.
In addition to this achievement, ASM has recently completed a major electronic security and monitoring project for one of the largest local government organisations in the UK. The project involved the design, installation, and ongoing monitoring of a new CCTV solution across a portfolio of 17 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) and Transfer Stations. A key objective of the programme was to centralise CCTV management across the entire estate, enhancing governance, improving GDPR compliance, and providing a consistent approach to the management and retention of video data. The solution incorporated the latest CCTV technologies, including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems and thermal monitoring within transfer station environments to provide early warning of potential fire risks. The project also introduced advanced smartsearch and video analytics capabilities, enabling more proactive monitoring of site activity. These technologies support the client in identifying noncompliance issues, improving operational oversight, and assisting teams responsible for ensuring the correct and safe use of facilities across the estate. This project demonstrates ASM's ability to deliver large-scale, technology-led security solutions that not only strengthen security and resilience but also provide tangible operational and compliance benefits for our clients. This successful outcome reflects the hard work, professionalism, and commitment of our teams across both divisions, and we would like to thank everyone involved in achieving this result.”

OUR PEOPLE MEET OUR HEAD OF CANINE SECURITY SERVICES – MARTIN CAPON
When did you join ICTS? I joined ICTS in September 2025, first at Heathrow and then taking on the role of Head of UK Canine Security Services. It has been a busy and rewarding first year so far, getting to know the teams, understanding the operation and looking at how we can continue to develop what is already a very strong canine operation. What do you enjoy most about your job? Without question, it’s the people. I’m fortunate to work with a great team who are passionate about what they do. We have some very experienced and highly skilled people across the canine division, and I enjoy seeing that expertise put into practice. No two days are quite the same, which certainly keeps things interesting! What key attributes make someone successful in your role? I’d say leadership, communication, resilience and, above all, people skills. You need to be able to make decisions, sometimes under pressure, but you also need to listen and understand the people you’re working with. In a role like mine, you can’t do everything yourself, so building a strong team and trusting people to do their jobs well is essential. A good sense of humour also helps — particularly on the days when everything seems to happen at once!
What advice would you give to someone new to the company? Get to know people, ask questions and never be afraid to learn from those around you. There is a huge amount of experience and knowledge within ICTS, and some of the best lessons come from simply talking to colleagues and understanding what they do. Be reliable, be willing to get involved and treat people with respect. And don’t worry about knowing everything on day one — nobody does! What’s a fun fact about you that colleagues might not know? I once raced for the McLaren karting team at Le Mans in a 24-hour race. I have always loved motorsport and cars, I worked at a go-karting track when I was a teenager What is your favourite pastime? I enjoy walking the dog, fishing and going to the gym. Also watching Football, F1, films and TV shows. Walking the dog is probably the most relaxing — although, given that I work in the canine department, I’m not sure I can claim it as a complete escape from work! I’m also a big fan of motorsport and still enjoy anything involving four wheels and a bit of competition. What has been your greatest achievement? Other than my son, I’d have to say my career in the Metropolitan Police. I was a police officer in London for over 30 years, during which time I had the privilege of working in some extremely challenging environments. I was involved in catching some very dangerous and violent criminals, helping people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and, on occasions, saved lives. Looking back, it’s the difference you can make to people that I’m most proud of. The job wasn’t always easy, but knowing that you’ve made a positive difference made it. If you weren’t in your current role, what type of career would you choose? Without hesitation, an F1 driver! I’ve always loved motorsport and have had the opportunity to get involved in racing in the past. Realistically, I think I may have left that career choice slightly late in life now .. I’m still waiting for the phone call from McLaren!

WELCOME TO ICTS JASON CULLOTY (HEAD OF HR, ICTS IRELAND)
Outside of work, sport has always been a big part of my life. Over the years I’ve played hurling, Gaelic football, soccer, rugby and golf, both competitively and socially. These days, golf provides a slightly more relaxed way of staying involved in sport! I’m delighted to be joining ICTS and look forward to meeting and working with you all.”
“I’m delighted to be joining ICTS and look forward to becoming part of the team. I’m excited to bring my experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development and operational leadership, while learning from the knowledge and experience already within ICTS. My career has given me the opportunity to work across diverse environments in both the Defence Forces and private sector, providing me with a strong operational background alongside extensive experience in people management, HR and Learning & Development. My time in the Defence Forces played an important role in shaping my approach to leadership and people development. Working in a demanding operational environment taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, resilience and high professional standards. It also gave me a strong appreciation of how effective training and development enables people to perform at their best. Since moving into the private sector, I have continued to build on this experience across HR, Learning & Development and operational management. I particularly enjoy working with people at all levels, supporting their development and creating practical learning solutions that meet both individual and business needs. What attracted me to ICTS is its strong operational focus and commitment to its people. I believe successful organisations combine high standards and operational performance with a genuine commitment to developing and supporting their teams. I’m looking forward to getting to know colleagues across the business, understanding the different operational environments within ICTS and using my experience to add value, while continuing to learn and develop myself.
SEAN MAHON (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, ICTS IRELAND) “Hello ICTS Team, I'm delighted to introduce myself as the new Business Development Manager for ICTS Ireland. I started with the company on the 15th June and I can genuinely say that I've received a very warm and supportive welcome from everyone, especially the senior management team. I arrive to ICTS with over 30 years of successful sales experience covering different sectors from technology to the drinks industry. My strengths lie in both solution selling, building lasting relationships and in return long term account retention.
I'm very focused on expanding ICTS Ireland’s reach across both aviation, public and corporate sectors, leveraging business from all my transferable business contacts. When I'm not busy developing new business, I can't think of a better way than to spend quality time with my wife and two daughters, whether we've planned some activity or simply a catch up walk on the beach, there is no better way to spend quality time.
I'm very excited to be part of the ICTS team and I look forward to increasing our market share growth here in Ireland."

35-YEARS’ SERVICE
Paul Reynolds wrote, “35 years have gone quickly and it’s been an amazing journey. I remember the first day I joined ICTS LGW on 16 July 1991 attending a New Starters initial course and then assigned to the American carrier contracts. At the time they were - Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines and US Airways. I conducted aviation duties at the gates and started learning x-raying of baggage from November 1991. Remembering my first VIP passenger I spoke to as I was doing the transfer bags on the Continental Airlines flight to New York JFK. On that day I met and spoke to Sir Edmund Hilary, who along with the sherpa Tensing Norgay, had successfully climbed Mt. Everest on 29 May 1953. My Career with ICTS has been amazing and has taken me to many places - conducting training in the UK, Ireland, Albania, Thailand, South Africa and not forgetting my base, London Gatwick Airport and the team I work with. (Thank You) One area I specialise in is Hold Baggage Screening (HBS) and have been involved since 1997 when Gatwick and ICTS became the pioneer. From the beginning of HBS to where we are today with 3D X-ray machines and soon future technology incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) it has been an amazing journey.
Paul Reynolds (London Gatwick Airport) I say to everyone that it is very important to be focussed and strong in all the work that you do and to the best of your abilities. One can never stop learning and building knowledge. The work that we do is very important.”

Throughout this time, he has consistently gone above and beyond, readily assisting teams across different locations whenever required. His dedication, reliability and willingness to support colleagues wherever needed have made him a highly respected and valued member of the team, and his long service reflects a lasting commitment to operational excellence.”
“My career in aviation security began working on an Air Canada contract. In 2006, when the contract changed hands, I transferred to ICTS and continued supporting Air Canada operations for more than 15 years. Throughout my career, I have taken great pride in helping to keep passengers safe. One of my most rewarding achievements was identifying several cases of passport fraud that had gone undetected through earlier stages of the travel process, before being identified during my final boarding checks. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet celebrities and members of the Royal Family, which has certainly made the job memorable. However, the people I have worked alongside have been the highlight of my career. I have made many lasting friendships and have always enjoyed supporting and helping my colleagues whenever I could. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I adapted to a variety of new security and customer-facing roles, which allowed me to broaden my experience and develop new skills. My favourite place to work has always been at the departure gates, where I enjoyed interacting with passengers and being part of the final stage of their journey.
Prakash Nayee (London Gatwick Airport) Many congratulations to Prakash Nayee who also marks 25 years’ service at London Gatwick Airport.
Looking back on the past 20 years, I am grateful for the experiences, friendships and opportunities I have gained, and I am proud to have been part of the ICTS team.”

As part of the day the students completed a carousel of employability workshops and life skills as well as taking part in 3 mock interviews with various employers. We asked the students a series of generic questions that they may be asked at interview and once completed provided them with on-the-spot feedback. We also provided them with a little Thank You booklet so they could add it to their record of achievement and evidence their participation in the event for their Tutor.”

TEAM ICTS JOINS CHARITY ABSEIL EVENT AT EIGHTY STRAND RAISING £34,199
Five ICTS staff members from Aberdeen Airport took part in a voluntary beach clean-up event at Newburgh Beach on 4 August 2026 – the event was organised by The East Grampian Coastal Partnership as part of their Turning the Plastic Tide project.
Tom Shaw, ICTS Contract Manager at Eighty Strand, “We had a charity abseil event at Eighty Strand on 16th July 2026 and some of our staff took part. This was to raise funds for various charities that mean so much to them. In all, 26 Charities will be benefiting. We raised an amazing £11,000 last year and we honestly thought that would be difficult to beat. This year, thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, including ICTS, we are delighted to announce that we raised an incredible £34,199. Every donation, sponsorship request, social media post and conversation helped make a real difference. Every pound raised will help support people, families and communities through the work of these incredible organisations.”

GIVING BACK: TEAM VOLUNTEERING DAY WITH THE WONDER FOUNDATION IN LONDON On Friday 28 August, a group of colleagues gave their time to support the WONDER Foundation, an organisation dedicated to empowering women and girls in our community which ICTS UK & Ireland has been supporting for a number of years now. Our volunteers spent the day helping prepare the Charity’s Baytree Centre ahead of the new academic year, creating a space where the women and girls WONDER supports feel truly welcome, inspired and ready to learn.
The day involved clearing and reorganising rooms, cleaning and setting up classrooms and communal areas and freshening up walls with a lick of paint. It was a hands-on, collaborative effort. A huge thank you to everyone who took part your time and energy made a difference and were appreciated.
