NEWS FROM HQ

A MESSAGE FROM THE MD, ANDY KYNOCH

The world is ever changing and we are proactive in every way possible to adapt to issues and threats that befall us.

I am so proud of you all.

A quarter of a century ago, the world was in the grip of the Y2K millennium bug which was to potentially blight many systems around the world as the clock clicked over from 1999 to 2000. Yes, for those of us around at the time, it’s 25 years this December 31st!

Issues or ‘glitches’ in computer systems were around at the time of course but it feels like this worldwide event brought to the fore the fragility of the infrastructure of companies and indeed countries alike. For me this was the birth of the need for cyber security as unscrupulous people and even rogue countries began to realise that by affecting computer systems they could create failures and mayhem for individuals, companies and countries around the world.

We live in an ever-changing environment, spurred on by the likes of fast-paced technology, global events and planet protection, to name but a few. Who saw the success of Amazon, electric vehicles and personal phone technology back then as we were clockwatching? I have to say, I didn’t.

ICTS is well placed with its technological innovation on the one hand and its fantastic family of people on the other to protect critical infrastructure going forward.

You have yet again proven to be the best in delivering service and performance to our clients enabling us to win more contracts and retain others in both fields of aviation and corporate. Thank you.

Again, and as with every quarterly publication there are great stories within focusing on our family and its successes including supporting the community in many ways.

One which brings home to me the success of our people is the fantastic results in the ISO audits making us, you, a leader in operational excellence. It is from this cornerstone that we are again adaptable and ready for change.

We have much to look forward to in 2026 with continued growth in both sectors of our business. I relish the challenge.

With that said, I would like to wholeheartedly thank you all for your hard work this past year and look forward to the next 12 months and the success they will bring.

I wish you and your loved ones Season’s Greetings and a very Happy New Year.

Nevertheless, ‘old habits die hard’, as they say, and these comments were not produced by AI and so as usual it leaves me left to sign off with, take care and stay safe! Have fun.

- Andy.

ICTS UK & IRELAND SPONSORS THE AIRPORTSUK SECURITY CONFERENCE

We were pleased to sponsor and participate in the AirportsUK Security Conference for the third year running. The conference was held on 17–18 September in Liverpool.

As a long-standing Corporate Partner of AirportsUK, we were delighted to support this flagship event, which every year brings together aviation security professionals, regulators and technology providers to discuss the future of airport safety and resilience.

Our team provided an overview of ICTS’ capabilities within the Aviation environment and showcased our latest innovations, including advanced canine security services for terminal, checkpoint and cargo screening, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and collaboration across the aviation sector.

BRITISH AVIATION GROUP (BAG) ANNUAL DINNER 2025

ICTS UK attended the British Aviation Group (BAG) Annual Dinner 2025 as a member of the Group.

The event, which took place on 25 September in London, offered an excellent opportunity to engage with industry peers, reflect on achievements across the sector and look ahead to the future of aviation.

Guests were privileged to hear inspiring speeches, including from Baroness Margaret Ford of Cunninghame MRICS FRSE OBE LVO, Chair of London Gatwick, who shared a powerful message that British aviation is not just a sector but a symbol of what this country can achieve when ambition meets collaboration.

Manual Pombo, Divisional Director – Aviation UK said, “The BAG Annual Dinner was a true celebration of the strength and spirit of our aviation industry, which we are so proud to be a part of. We look forward to continuing our journey with the British Aviation Group and contributing to the future of aviation together.”

DATA CENTRES IRELAND

Alan McEvoy, ICTS Ireland’s Head of Corporate Services, presented at Data Centres Ireland on 19 November as part of the 10×10 session series run by the DCA (Data Centre Alliance).

Alan’s presentation (Beyond the Gate: Securing Ireland’s Data Centre Future) focused on how ICTS Ireland delivers physical security services within data centres through a people-led model that prioritises continuity, trust and resilience.

Alan McEvoy, Head of Corporate Services at ICTS Ireland says, “Resilience in data centres starts with people. Technology is vital, but it’s the systems of training, leadership and continuous oversight that make it work in practice. Our teams don’t just protect sites they protect business continuity – that’s what allows clients to operate with confidence and trust.”

Drawing on ICTS’ heritage in aviation and transport, the session explored how ICTS Ireland and the wider ICTS Europe Group is redefining the provision of physical security services to global data centres.

Photo (L-R): Bruno Freire (Station Manager LGW), Manny Pombo (Divisional Director Aviation UK), Raj Kumar (Station Manager LHR), Martin Capon (Regional Manager LHR & Cargo) and Sara Gladstone (LHR Training Manager).

Alan McEvoy went on to say, “My presentation focused on the rapidly growing importance of data centres in Ireland and the essential role that ICTS Ireland plays in protecting continuity, resilience, and operational stability across this sector.

I opened by outlining the scale of Ireland’s data centre ecosystem over eighty operational sites, consuming a significant portion of the national grid and now recognised as part of Ireland’s critical infrastructure. This growth reflects the strength of the sector but also the increasing need for robust and reliable security.

From there, I explained who ICTS Ireland is: part of the wider ICTS Europe Group, with roots in aviation security dating back to 1982 and operations in Ireland since 1998. The company’s regulated aviation background structured, disciplined and compliance-driven naturally transfers into the data centre environment, where uptime and precision are essential.

The core of the presentation centred on the 4 Pillars that shape how we deliver security in practice:

1. Training

Officers are trained from the ground up, mentored, assessed and continually developed. Training is sitespecific, operational and never a one-off. Training adapts as the site evolves, ensuring officers stay capable and confident.

2. Development

Every officer is given a pathway team lead, supervisor, manager, or even client-side roles. Development builds leadership and strengthens resilience, supported through internal programmes and external learning opportunities.

3. Compliance

Compliance keeps us honest. Daily, weekly and monthly checks ensure everything we say we’re doing is actually being done. It reinforces accountability, transparency, and consistent standards that clients can rely on.

4. Customer Focus

Security is partnership. Our teams are the client’s eyes and ears beyond the gate spotting issues early, sharing information and supporting operations. This collaboration strengthens resilience and keeps sites missionready.

I then explored the risk landscape specific to the datacentre sector: AI-driven risks, insider threat, large contractor volumes, pressure on uptime, weather events, protest activity, and wider geopolitical instability. I reinforced that the security team officers, supervisors, and managers are the first and best line of defence against these risks.

This naturally led to opportunities, particularly in people. Security officers in data centres are becoming specialists with real career paths, supported by stronger training, better integration with operations, and a more professionalised approach across the sector.

Looking ahead, I outlined the future of security in the data-centre space: larger sites, more automation, tighter links between physical and digital security, and a growing need for adaptable, system-aware officers who can read situations quickly and keep the site steady under pressure. The security team will sit at the centre of continuity, not the edge of it.

I closed by reinforcing ICTS Ireland’s commitment to excellence, resilience, and continuity built through people, structure, and trust. And I invited further conversation on how ICTS continues to build one of the strongest physical-security workforces in the sector.”

GIVING BACK AHEAD OF THE FESTIVE SEASON: ICTS LAUNCHES FOODBANK INITIATIVE

We have been delighted to launch a foodbank initiative ahead of the festive period to support vulnerable individuals and families in the communities near our main operational hubs (London Heathrow, Glasgow, Bristol and Dublin). Our teams rallied together and organised internal collection points for nonperishable food items and volunteered their time to deliver and help at the local foodbanks, selected by our local teams.

An internal awareness campaign encouraged participation and highlighted the impact of these efforts. Flexible volunteering schedules ensured operational continuity, while posters and communications promoted donation drives throughout November, with deliveries taking place at the end of November and December.

This initiative aimed to strengthen community ties and demonstrate our dedication to social responsibility and making a positive impact in the communities in which we operate.

Our team at London Heathrow Airport spent a day volunteering at the Hillingdon Foodbank on 12 November 2025. More details of this Foodbank initiative will be included in the next Newsletter (Q1 2026).

Thank you to all who contributed to this worthwhile initiative and to the staff members who have volunteered their time:

Kirsty Virdee (T5 Manager), Satnam Jheeta- (Security Agent), Mandeep Singh Grewal (Security Officer), Samantha Potts-Neate (Planner), Gagandeep Kaur (Compliance LHR), Aldrin Fernandes (Security Agent) and Maryama Khalif (Security Agent).

HR & COMPLIANCE

SITUATIONAL AWARENESS MATTERS

When we talk about safety and security at work, one phrase often comes up: situational awareness. But what does it really mean? Put simply, situational awareness is about being switched on to what’s happening around you. It’s noticing small details that could make a big difference, whether that’s spotting a suspicious bag, recognising when a colleague looks unwell, or realising that someone is behaving oddly near an access point.

Think of it like driving a car. You’re not just looking straight ahead, you’re checking mirrors, listening for sirens, watching pedestrians, and keeping an eye on the speed of other cars. All of that helps you react quickly and avoid danger. The same principle applies at work.

Why it matters:

Prevents accidents: A quick glance might stop a trip hazard or prevent someone walking into a restricted area.

Deters threats: People with bad intentions are less likely to act if they know staff are alert and observant. Protects colleagues and customers: Spotting unusual behaviour early can stop incidents before they escalate.

Keeps us professional: Clients and visitors notice when staff are attentive and engaged.

How to practise it:

Stay present: Keep focused on your surroundings. Trust your instincts: If something feels “off”, don’t ignore it. Report it.

Look for changes: What’s different from the normal routine? A new face, an open door, a strange delivery? Think ahead: Ask yourself, “If this happens, what would I do next?”

Final thought: Situational awareness isn’t about being paranoid, it’s about being prepared. By keeping our eyes open and our minds switched on, we help create a safer, more secure workplace for everyone.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT - AN UPDATE

Chantelle Morris, Senior HR Business Partner UK & Ireland writes, “Our Aviation Division has been busy working on all things engagement this quarter. Here’s a snapshot of recent activities:

London Heathrow Airport

At Heathrow Airport the continued running of regular Employee Forums have proved to be both valuable and an important vehicle for improving communication and accessibility to our people.

Our HR Advisors attended Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3 during the month of September providing an opportunity for our colleagues to talk to them during an Employee Forum on topics that matter to them. The day was a success and our Advisors also promoted and raised awareness on items such as our Staff Benefits offering and support mechanisms such as our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Below are some snaps from the day.

Southampton Airport

Continuing on the engagement front Amanda Grinyer, Station Manager at Southampton worked alongside the Airport to really mark World Mental Health Day on 10.10.25. The day was filled with raffles, literature, food, shared stories and a genuine focus on improving our understanding and equipping our people with the tools to best manage their mental health. Pictures can speak a 1000 words and there is no doubt that this day proved to be a valuable success! See page 13 for more

Our Team at Southampton has also invested in Employee Forums as a mode for continued and improved communication with our people. In October’s session a valued colleague (whose name shall remain anonymous) suggested that the second (under-utilised) body scanner could be used for those passengers who display a Sunflower lanyard to convey they have a hidden disability or where it is known that there is one. This would then allow our passengers to feel that they have more attentive care and a respectful and dignified service.

We love a great idea, and we especially love it when our people use their voices to further improve our offering. The employee voice is powerful and we always aim to recognise sound and creative thinking! Innovation is one of our values after all! We look forwards to see what else comes out of these forums in the future!”

OUR ANNUAL ICTS STAFF SURVEY 2025

As part of our commitment to creating an engaging workplace environment, ICTS conducted its annual engagement survey (17 November 5 December) to better understand employees’ views and gather feedback on working conditions, career progression and management style. Thank you to all our employees who took part and provided valuable input.

Insights from the 2024 survey led to initiatives such as Management Training certified by the Chartered Management Institute and improvements in communication through forums, newsletters and feedback mechanisms. Stations also focused on increasing management visibility, promoting staff benefits, and enhancing learning opportunities. Personal development reviews were strengthened and recognition programmes introduced. These actions aimed to improve engagement and ensure employees felt valued, safe and recognised.

2025 Staff Survey responses were collected confidentially by The Survey Initiative, an external employee research partner.

OUR WELLBEING INITIATIVES

The following is an overview of recent activity around our National Awareness Day campaigns:

In September we raised awareness of men’s health. It is important to try to remove the stigma around men talking about their health. Too often, men postpone or avoid health checks due to fear or the assumption that it can wait. However, early detection is critical and can significantly improve outcomes.

Together, we can encourage more people to take action and help change the narrative around men’s health.

ICTS is proud to have made donations to two cancer charities: One For The Boys (UK) and Men Against Cancer (Ireland). These organisations carry out vital work which helps to educate, support and empower men and young people facing cancer.

Find out more about the charities here: One For The Boys & Men Against Cancer

In October we marked World Mental Health Day (10 October 2025). ICTS joined the global community in recognising World Mental Health Day, an important reminder of the importance of protecting and supporting mental wellbeing.

It is important to us to create a workplace culture where mental health is respected, supported and prioritised. We encourage everyone to take time to reflect on their own mental health and we take this opportunity to share some tips on ways to support mental wellbeing.

We all have mental health; it is important that we acknowledge that mental health difficulties exist in our lives, families, workplaces and communities. It's perfectly normal for life to have its ups and downs challenges and joys often intertwine. However, it is important to reach out for support when needed.

We are fortunate at ICTS UK & Ireland to have access to the following resources:

• A confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering 24/7 support.

• A Team of trained Mental Health First Aiders across all operational sites.

We encourage all to keep raising awareness about the importance of supporting mental wellbeing at work and beyond throughout the year.

A snapshot of activities that took place on WMHD:

SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT

Amanda Grinyer, ICTS Station Manager at Southampton Airport wrote, “A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for World Mental Health Day at Southampton Airport. It was truly wonderful to chat with so many of you. Your willingness to share your stories was inspiring. You should be incredibly proud of how far you’ve come and the strength you’re showing on your journey to recovery.

There was a wide range of helpful resources available on the day, from literature and podcasts to simple but powerful coping techniques like walking, talking and relaxing with calming music. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated to our chosen mental health charity, your generosity means so much. An amazing hamper packed full of goodies was kindly donated by

LONDON GATWICK AIRPORT

Inacia Rodrigues, one of ICTS’ Mental Health First Aiders, spent the day with some of our operational team answering questions and offering support.

LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT

Prasanna Muthukumarana, our H&S Support Manager, organised a workshop to promote the importance of mental wellbeing within the workplace. The session tance Programme (EAP) and the ICTS Helpline, while encouraging open conversations about mental health

Prasanna said, “Overall, the World Mental Health Day workshop was a great success. It created a supportive and open space for employees to discuss mental health, learn about available resources and understand how collective wellbeing enhances productivity and morale. The enthusiastic participation and positive feedback demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering a mentally healthy workplace.”

Brian Kelly, Station Manager in Ireland presented green pins to all staff on 10th October 25, in support of our Mental Health Awareness campaign.

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS AT ICTS

October was Breast Cancer Awareness month and at ICTS UK & Ireland we were pleased to have made a donation to the Breast Cancer Now charity to help fund vital research and support services.

We also participated in the Wear It Pink Day (24 October 2025) initiative, in support of Breast Cancer Now.

Building on the success of previous years, all colleagues (if uniform standards allowed) were invited to wear a pink item of clothing and/or accessory to help raise awareness of breast cancer.

Checking your breasts for any unusual changes can help discover breast cancer early. It’s important to recognise when something’s not right. Do not delay seeing your GP if you notice a change to your breast that new or unusual for you.

You've left behind not just a legacy of achievement, but also a culture of teamwork, collaboration and resilience.” - Bruno Freire, ICTS Station Manager at London

All of us at ICTS wish Brian a very happy retirement!

ALAN RICHARDSON STATION MANAGER (MANCHESTER AIRPORT)

“Alan began his career with ICTS on 1 February 2005, when the events of 9/11 were still fresh in everyone’s mind. After several months mastering the full range of airside security functions with American Airlines (AA), he was sent to Frankfurt for a two-week course in passenger profiling. Over the following year, he developed strong skills in passenger interaction and behavioural assessment.

Recognising his potential, American Airlines invited Alan to attend their Instructor Course at headquarters in Dallas, where he spent three weeks gaining the expertise to deliver the official AA security syllabus. He later completed the Department for Transport (DfT) Instructor Course at Thames House in London, marking the start of his journey in training with ICTS.

Initially responsible for training all new staff at Manchester Airport in mandatory aviation security skills, Alan also taught passenger profiling for several U.S. carriers, including Continental (United), Delta, US Airways and American Airlines. Following the failed “underwear bomber” attack and the introduction of explosive detection systems, he was trained and appointed to operate and instruct others in their use.

With extensive knowledge and qualifications in both UK and U.S. aviation security legislation, Alan has been privileged to deliver training across numerous ICTS locations in the UK and Europe. He also played a key role in the American Airlines start-up operation in Iceland and their successful return the following year.

After two decades in the industry, Alan has witnessed many changes particularly in technology but remains a firm believer that the personal interaction ICTS fosters has been instrumental not only in his own professional growth, but also in cementing ICTS’ reputation as a leader in aviation security.

Alan decided that it was time to retire, at the age of 73 years young, and pursue some personal challenges. Alan is full of energy and certainly has many stories to share. He has been ICTS Station Manager at Manchester for the past 3 years and his charisma will be missed by the wider ICTS Family.” - Manny Pombo, Divisional Director Aviation England.

Brian Kelly, Station Manager writes, “John joined ICTS in March 2014 and has left an indelible mark on our organisation. He has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the safety and security of the entire operation. John consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty, always ready to lend a hand and ensure that our security protocols are meticulously followed. His professionalism and calm demeanor, especially in challenging situations, have been invaluable. John has not only been a reliable guardian of the operation but also a reassuring presence for all members of the ICTS family. John’s colleagues have often spoken of his helpfulness, his willingness to share his knowledge, and his positive attitude, all of which have contributed to a harmonious and secure working environment. As John embarks on this new chapter of his life - we wish him the very best in all his future endeavours. May his retirement be filled with joy, relaxation, and the fulfilment of long-held dreams.”

WELCOMING NEW STAFF

MARTIN CAPON REGIONAL MANAGER LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT & CARGO (AVIATION UK)

It is great to have an opportunity to officially introduce myself as the new Regional Manager for LHR & Cargo. Having joined ICTS in September it has been a busy first two months getting to see all aspects of ICTS at Heathrow and managing some significant changes to our operations. There is a real "can do" attitude at Heathrow and it has been good to be able to meet so many of the teams on the ground.

I have come from a policing background having spent 31 years as a police officer in London. Most of this was working 24-7 on the frontline as a PC and Sergeant. I then spent 10 years as a "Duty Officer" on response team, leading the teams as the senior manager on the ground.

After this I progressed up the ranks to Chief Inspector, part of the Senior Leadership Team managing the Command Control Centres, where, as one of very few Chief Inspectors who performed the role of "Silver Commander London" I had oversight and responsibility for all major incidents and police units across the capital. As well as managing security for royal and diplomatic buildings in London.

I have worked on large business change projects, including infrastructure, technology and resource reorganisation, as well as resourcing and planning, directly managing almost 2000 officers and police staff.

I was also a Major Incident Commander, Sporting Events Commander and a Firearms Commander.

I know I still have a lot to learn about airport operations, and I look forward to meeting more of you.

Hopefully I can bring some of my knowledge and experience to ICTS, putting in place systems to help support you all.

I understand the importance of security and the crucial role we all play in keeping people safe at Heathrow. You should all be very proud of the work you do.”

PAYWAND MUFTY HEAD OF OPERATIONS (CORPORATE SECURITY)

“I’m Paywand Mufty, and I’m excited to share a little about myself with you all. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined the team as Head of Operations in the Corporate Security Division. This is an incredible opportunity, and I’m looking forward to working with such a talented group of people to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding results.

I come to this role from Heathrow Airport, where I spent over 10 years building a wealth of operational and management experience. I started my career as a security officer, and over the years, I moved into a variety of roles covering operational leadership, contract management, and procurement. Earlier in my career, I also gained valuable experience in corporate security, specialising in loss prevention and CCTV.

I’m excited to bring this experience to our organisation and collaborate on initiatives that strengthen our operations and enhance security standards. Looking forward to connecting with many of you and making a positive impact together!”

FATIMA ALVES REGIONAL MANAGER (CORPORATE SECURITY)

“With 6 years of experience in the Corporate Security Industry, I’m a dynamic team player eager to begin this journey with ICTS Corporate. I look forward to working alongside a talented team and contributing to the continued growth and success of the company.”

“Hello! I'm Monak and i'm super excited and thrilled to have joined ICTS as the HR Business Partner supporting our Corporate Division.

I come to you with previous experience in HR Business Partnering in various industries including retail, aviation and airline catering. I am looking forward to working with the HR Team and the business to really drive positive change within our Corporate Division. Some personal bits about me, I'm a huge Arsenal fan, I enjoy hitting the gym so let’s talk lifting weights and I'm a massive music fan where I am trying to teach myself how to DJ.

In this role I will be working closely with our Regional Managers and the wider Leadership team to help shape the culture and engagement within our Corporate Division and I look forward to being part of a great HR Team.”

DIVYA PRAKASH HR ADVISOR AVIATION UK

“Hi! My name is Divya and I'm so excited to have joined the ICTS family as an HR Advisor supporting Aviation UK.

I've just relocated from Australia, and you might be wondering why I decided to trade the sunshine country for one with questionable weather (and food) - but I'm so excited to live the London dream where travel is just on our doorstep! I'm currently on a mission to travel to 30 countries before I turn 30 so travel recommendations are very welcome.

My educational background is in Psychology and Business, and I chose a career in HR because I'm passionate about finding ways to optimize our workforce and wanted to make an impact towards building a positive work experience.

I have worked in HR for the past 7 years across a range of industries supporting global teams throughout APAC but I'm excited to expand my knowledge of EMEA and the world of security and aviation.

In my role as an HR Advisor, I will be working closely with our Aviation leaders on all people-related matters (e.g. performance concerns, investigations, disciplinaries, sickness) and providing guidance on navigating the grey.

If I haven't met you yet, please do come say hello - I promise I'm friendly!”

DANIELLA TRAMONTIN HR BUSINESS PARTNER FOR AVIATION UK

“Hi ICTS team, My name is Daniella, and I'm excited to be the new HR Business Partner for Aviation UK!

I joined ICTS early October, and I'm still relatively fresh to the business and pretty big shoes to fill. I have a lot to learn, so please consider this an open invitation to share your knowledge and help me to navigate the new environment. So far, the welcome I've received from all the colleagues I've met has been fantastic. I'm really looking forward to meeting and working with everyone across the business!

I'm originally from the south of Brazil and made the move to London in 2017. Interestingly, I started my professional life as an engineer for a landscape company before finding my true calling in Human Resources here in the UK. Having worked for two major UK and global firms, I've become passionate about fostering a culture where people genuinely want to develop and grow.

Heads up: I'm genuinely curious, so be prepared for a lot of questions!”

MEET OUR HEAD OF CORPORATE SECURITY—ICTS IRELAND

ALAN MCEVOY

When did you join ICTS?

I joined ICTS Ireland in January 2025 as Head of Corporate Services, overseeing the corporate operations across Ireland. Before that, I spent three years with G4S as Learning Development and Compliance Manager, and prior to that, I spent 28 years in the Irish Defence Forces where I held a number of senior leadership positions.

What do you enjoy most of your job?

What I enjoy most is the engagement being involved with staff at every level and understanding what’s really happening across our operations. I like identifying areas where we can improve, solving problems, and putting the right structures in place to make things better. A big part of my role is developing people creating training and development programmes that help staff grow in confidence and capability. I also value working with our clients as true partners. It’s rewarding to see that sense of cohesion when both sides are aligned, working together, and the results start to show.

What key attributes make someone successful in your role?

You need to be an effective problem solver with strong communication skills and a real passion for what you do. Understanding people and having the confidence to face challenges head on are vital. Operations is about staying calm under pressure and keeping things moving forward.

What is your favourite pastime?

Fitness plays a big part in my life. I’ve completed several marathons and ultramarathons and enjoy outdoor training and activity-based challenges. I’m also passionate about reading and spending time outdoors both help me stay grounded and focused. What has been your greatest achievement?

It’s difficult to name one standout moment. During my military career I’ve led multiple overseas deployments in demanding and volatile environments, and my greatest pride comes from developing my troops into capable, confident individuals and bringing them all home safely.

If you weren’t in your current role, what type of career would you choose?

Management, operations, and security have been central to my life for over two decades, and I can’t imagine doing anything else. It’s what drives me: leading people, building teams, and creating structure. I see myself continuing in this field for many years to come.
