Layout & Architecture: The team reduced the layout from three bedrooms down to two, carving out more intimate entertaining areas and a larger, private kitchen tailored to the clients.
Finishes & Materials: Features include reflective crisp-white porcelain floor tiles, rich walnut millwork, high-gloss white kitchen cabinetry, and brushed-gold accents alongside turquoise agate slabs.
Art & Furnishings: The residence is elevated with bold contemporary artwork, including a Slim Aarons photograph and a graffiti-like painting, complemented by curved sofas and sculptural furnishings.
