THE MANOR HOUSE
The Manor House at The Mole Resort is a beautifully restored historic residence overlooking the Devon countryside. Available for exclusive hire, it features 13 individually designed bedrooms and a selection of elegant entertaining spaces.
Inside, the Drawing Room, Morning Room, and Library Bar provide charming settings for drinks receptions, private dining, and small gatherings. Each room combines heritage character with understated luxury.
Beyond the interiors, the croquet lawn offers a picturesque space for outdoor events, from summer barbecues to garden parties and team celebrations. The Manor House captures the timeless appeal of country living while offering all the comforts expected of a premium modern retreat.

ESTATE ROOMS MANOR ROOMS
Estate Rooms offer a classic hotel style stay with calm décor and views across the surrounding countryside. Options include Estate Classic, Estate Superior and Estate Deluxe rooms. Estate Deluxe provides extra space with a separate seating area. All Estate Rooms include en suite bathrooms, comfortable furnishings and essential modern amenities.
Located in the original Manor House, these rooms blend period character with contemporary comfort. Ranging from compact Manor Snugs to elegant suites, they offer a refined setting within easy reach of the resort’s dining, leisure and outdoor facilities. Rooms are thoughtfully furnished to provide a peaceful and relaxing stay with a sense of heritage.
LODGES COTTAGES
Our eco-conscious timber lodges offer spacious self catering accommodation with private balconies and hot tubs. Set within the Devon countryside, they provide a practical and comfortable base for families and groups. Options include four bedroom Valley View Lodges for up to eight guests, three bedroom Valley View Lodges for up to six, and two or three bedroom Meadow Lodges. All lodges feature open plan living areas and well appointed bedrooms designed for easy, sociable stays.
Our cottages offer a traditional and homely setting with modern comfort. They suit families or groups seeking privacy and the convenience of self-catering while enjoying access to the resort’s facilities. Each cottage provides a relaxed living and dining area, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, creating a practical base within the estate.
