Chef Mauro Panebianco has a long-term tenure in a well-known Italian restaurant Cantinetta Antinori in Moscow, a member of the famous Novikov Group. Originally from Italy, he has worked in Milan at the Four Seasons Hotel, at the Relais & Chateaux San Felice in Siena and at Eden in Rome at the famous La Terrazza restaurant; he also managed the opening of the Giorgio Armani restaurant in Munich. What his creations are all about: He aims to create an emotional journey through an exquisite dining experience through a combination of refined simplicity and flavour.
