GM’s Junction Dear Maamunagau Heroes It is with great honor writing to you and addressing my feelings and views after working two months at this amazing property. Once I joined Intercontinental Maamunagau it was not all clear for me what to expect and what my career endeavors would do to me this time. My expectations had been high once I completed my research about the company. But on an outside perspective it is very difficult to judge about the team and how it performs. Now being a member of this fine establishment for two month as well as having the duty to lead and manage this property I proudly can say that this team is the best in class. You have proven this not only by receiving a lot of fantastic guest comments, verbally on social media and private notes, but also the recent audit results clearly confirming this. The IHG audit score cemented my statement as this result was a clear and true team effort. Noting how committed and focused everyone was in this process are real testimonies of the effort everyone made. Seeing also the fair team play and enthusiasm on internal tournaments shows that team play goes even beyond servicing our guest. Please keep this great spirit alive and for sure we all together will bring resort to new heights. A big thank you for all you have done.
