INTRODUCTION
Fostering Catalan creativity worldwide Once again, the Government of Catalonia, through the Catalan Institute for Cultural Companies (ICEC), will be at WOMEX, this time joined by around 25 Catalan companies, events and institutions as co-exhibitors at the Catalan Arts stand B21. WOMEX has always been an important part of the international strategies to promote the Catalan music industry. It is also a top-notch marketplace for not only world music projects from Catalonia, but also the great diversity of companies (management agencies, record labels, publishers, etc.) in our country.
