From music to video games, from digital art to cultural heritage, Catalonia stands out as a creative territory where the cultural sector evolves hand in hand with rapid technological changes. Artists constantly explore new forms of expression, emerging technologies reshape the way we perceive and experience culture, and innovative entrepreneurs turn creativity into transformative, game-changing businesses. In this context, the Ministry of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya has been actively present at 4YFN for years, supporting the sector through an umbrella stand that showcases and connects cultural and creative projects with the international innovation ecosystem.
We are very pleased to present within these pages the 10 cultural start-ups from Catalonia who will be featured at the Catalan Arts stand (8.1B50) at 4YFN 2026: GameBCN, Immersive Creatures, IP2U, Music Tech Hub, MusikaliVR, My Sheet Music Transcriptions, PlayNuzic, XRoam, VANOVA and Zertifier.
The Generalitat de Catalunya, through the Catalan Institute for Cultural Companies (ICEC), under the Catalan Arts international brand, has made their presence at the event possible in an effort to strengthen the international visibility of the Catalan start-ups that link art and culture with the digital world. We hope you will have the chance to meet them – we are sure you will have lots to talk about. Make sure not to miss out on their company presentations to learn more about their projects.
Representatives of our institutions will also be present at our stand to inform and advise the professionals in attendance on issues such as internationalisation, financing and our public support policies. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us for further assistance.
Finally, you are welcome to join us at our stand on Tuesday the 3rd at 1:15 pm for a Catalan networking cocktail and on any other day to discover our brand-new programme.
There has never been a better moment to speak with Catalan creative start-ups!
