Villa Salinas View

Villa Salinas View is a charming, rustic villa with wonderful views down the hill to Salinas and the sea beyond. With four bedrooms and an annexe suite it sleeps ten in total. It has its own pool and jacuzzi making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Ibiza town is just a short drive away as are several fantastic beaches including the popular Salinas. This makes the villa an ideal base for exploring the southern end of the island.

The kitchen has its own dining table and is fully equipped with everything you might need. As well as the standard dishware, cutlery, glassware, cooker and fridge freezer there’s a Nespresso coffee machine and juicer.

The lounge area has an open fire and comfortable seating. There’s also a large screen smart TV. The villa has good WiFi and is fully air-conditioned.

There are four bedrooms in total. Three have double beds and one has twin singles. Each room is clean, bright and airy and has ample storage space. Clean bed linen and towels are provided.

In total there are three bathrooms, all with ‘rain head’ showers.

The annexe is a self contained unit with its own mini kitchen and shower room. The space can be set up to sleep two people comfortably.

The roof of the annexe is an ideal spot for some exercise or yoga. Particularly with its amazing sea views.

There are two outdoor dining tables. A smaller one and a larger one that sits ten. To the side of the larger table is an outdoor comfortable seating area.

Rental rates

The villa is available from now until the end of October for €700 per night.

Our rental rates do not include our end cleaning charge of €200. There is also a refundable security deposit of €2,000.

In order to reserve the villa we would require a 50% deposit in advance.

Villa Salinas View is just outside Ibiza town and only a short drive from the beaches at Salinas and Cala Jondal.

Mitch has been managing and renting high end apartments and luxury villas in Ibiza for the last 21 years. In that time he’s put together a top team of assistants who can ensure that any unforeseen problems can be swiftly dealt with. The aim is to for you to enjoy a stress free and enjoyable stay as possible.

Frank Smith has been with us for the last five years. He manages a very good quality cleaning company and is completely trustworthy.

Effren has been working with our company for around seven years. He’s a plumber, an electrician and a fantastic all-round Mr Fixit. He’s also good with all things internet related having previously worked with Movistar.

We call him Super Marco and he’s worked with us for the last four years. Totally reliable, he’s a carpenter, plumber and electrician. He owns several properties himself so he understands the need for good quality service. His speciality is ordering spare parts from Amazon.
