We are writing to you regarding an urgent issue that affects the well-being of our society: the prevalence of pornography sites in our country. The accessibility of such content poses significant risks, particularly to our youth and vulnerable populations. Numerous studies have demonstrated the harmful effects of exposure to pornography, including distorted views of relationships and consent, increased likelihood of engaging in risky behaviors, and negative impacts on mental health. In light of these findings, we kindly request your esteemed office to consider measures that would ban access to pornography sites within our country. (Particularly all the websites listed on theporndude.com) We urge you to restrict not just the websites that host cybersex or child pornography (RA No. 9775 and RA No. 10175), but also the common ones like Pornhub, Redtube, XVideos, etc. This was already done in the past administration: https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-38637003 Access and addiction to these kinds of sites (adult entertainment) are the "mitsa" of more depraved acts such as sexual abuse, exploitation of minors and even heinous crimes.
