01 March 2025 HON. PETER DELA CRUZ Secretary of Health Tayuman, Sta. Cruz, Manila Subject: Intent to Distribute Free Christian Tracts to Hospital Patients Dear Sir: Greetings! This letter is to respectfully request permission to distribute religious tracts within your facility. I represent Filipino Tracts and Literature Society Inc., and we are dedicated to sharing messages of hope and faith with those in need of encouragement. We understand that hospitals have specific guidelines regarding the distribution of materials from outside organizations. We would be happy to comply with any rules or regulations you have in place for this purpose. We are prepared to distribute our materials in a respectful and orderly manner, ensuring minimal disruption to patients and staff. Our tracts contain messages of faith, hope, and healing, and we believe they could be a source of comfort and encouragement to patients and their families. We are also prepared to answer any questions about our organization or the materials we distribute. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you so much and have a great day! God bless! "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance." Psalm 33:12 Respectfully,

John dela Cruz † JOHN DELA CRUZ Director, Pinoy Tracts
