FAQs 1. At what time does the program start? • The program starts on Thursday, April 28, at 1 p.m. and ends on Friday, April 29, at 9 p.m. (local time). •

• Accommodation at the Belmond Copacabana Palace Hotel (5 stars) on April 27, 28 and 29. • Ground transportation on April 28 and 29 from the Copacabana Palace hotel to all activities. • Transportation to and from the Rio de Janeiro/Galeao (GIG) airport on April 27, 28 and 30 at previously selected times. You will receive detailed information on airport pickup times and locations before the Post Tour. If you are arriving at an airport di erent than Galeao, please let us know. • Access and tours at the attractions listed in the program. • Breakfast at the hotel on April 28, 29 and 30; lunch and dinner on April 28 and 29. • Air transportation from Iguazu is not included.

How can I arrange for someone to pick me up at the airport on the 27th or 28th? • IAAPA should have contacted you already to collect your arrival and departure ight details We will send you a detailed pickup schedule ahead of time. There will be a person with an IAAPA sign waiting for you at the airport. • If you have not already shared these details with us, please do so as soon as possible directly with Ana Elisa Benavent AEBenavent@IAAPA.org • IAAPA will also coordinate your transportation from the Copacabana Palace hotel to the airport on the 30th.

2. What does my Post Tour registration include?
5. What is the weather like in Rio de Janeiro? • The average temperature in the city during the month of April ranges between 22 ºC / 72 ºF and 28 ºC / 82 ºF. • Rainy days are forecast in Rio de Janeiro during the whole month of April.
6. What is the recommended attire? • As during the meeting in Foz do Iguazu, it is recommended to dress business casual with comfortable shoes according to the weather, since the event includes walking. • Regardless of the season, remember to bring a sweater, jacket or light jacket, good quality sunglasses, sunscreen and some type of hat. • We recommend bringing a raincoat or umbrella.
7. Can I do activities outside of the program? • IAAPA does not assume responsibility for any activities outside of the program. • Please consider the following safety and security recommendations.
Safety and security recommendations: IAAPA will provide security measures for all events included in the Post Tour program. If you decide to explore Rio de Janeiro outside of the o cial program, you do so at your own risk. During your visit to Rio de Janeiro, please use extra caution and follow these guidelines: • Be aware of your surroundings and avoid walking or driving at night. Especially, avoid walking along the beaches after dark, as you run the risk of being mugged. • If you are mugged, hand over your personal belongings without resisting. Resisting

will increase the risk of injury.
• Do not use public ATMs. Carry your cash in your front pockets and limit the number of credit cards you carry. • Do not show signs of wealth, such as wearing expensive watches or jewelry. • Avoid using your phone while walking or standing on the street. • Take appropriate safety precautions when traveling to and from the Copacabana Palace Hotel: do not ag cabs on the street in Rio de Janeiro. Use cabs dispatched by the hotel and ask them to wait for you to take you back. • We also recommend that you identify the information of your consulate in Rio de Janeiro in case of emergency. • Police number - 190
8. Where can I take a COVID-19 test to return to my country? • During the registration process in Iguazu, IAAPA will ask if you need COVID testing before returning to your country. It costs R$200 and will be performed at Copacabana Palace hotel on April 29 at 8am. If you are departing Brazil after the 30th, you may contact the hotel reception directly for testing at a later date.
