A proposal to transform a disused car wash structure into a flexible, sustainable community hub. The design reuses the existing tunnel to create a sequence of spaces for learning, growing, and social interaction, connecting to the centre’s Nature Garden and lake. The project prioritises low-impact interventions, adaptability, and community engagement, supporting education, biodiversity, and circular economy initiatives.
