EUROPE APPLICATION FOR WARRANTY This form is to be completed by Agri-Linc, the Hustler Equipment UK distributor. Upon diagnosing a machine fault that may be eligible for factory warranty cover, please fill out the following details and send to Hustler for approval. Claims are to be sent through to warranty@hustlerequipment.com. BEFORE any attempt is made at repairing the fault: 1. Fill out all details below. 2. Attach any photos that are relevant to the fault. This is very helpful in diagnosing the issue. 3. Attach the machines Maintenance Schedule (located with the instruction manual) 4. A Hustler Customer Service representative will respond acknowledging that the claim is received and may have further questions. 5. If the claim is approved, a claim number will be issued as a reference for any repair costs, and the dealer needs to ensure these costs are invoiced back to Hustler upon repair completion. 6. Note: Repairs will be paid out using our Standard Repair Times (SRT’s) guide. This has been calculated to include the repair & testing of machines.
