OUR TEAM Megan Archer serves as the President and CEO of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce. Megan is a native of Parkersburg, WV and a graduate of Marshall University and Marietta College. She brings over a decade of experience in communications and marketing, most recently serving as the Digital Marketing and Media Manager for Marshall Health Network. She has also held roles with the West Virginia Department of Education and Marshall University, where she helped launch the Marshall Rises fundraising campaign. Megan is a graduate of the Chamber’s inaugural Leadership Huntington class and actively serves the community through organizations such as the Junior League of Huntington and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tri-State. Rebecca Kasey serves as the Director of Membership. Rebecca joined the Chamber staff in March 2023 and most recently served as Director of Marketing before transitioning into her current role. She is a graduate of Bluefield University, located in Bluefield, Virginia. After graduating, she worked with the City of Bluefield, WV Community and Economic Development Authority as the Director of Business Operations and Marketing. She then returned to her alma mater to serve as the Director of Public Relations and Marketing before moving to Huntington with her family in 2022. Email: rebecca@huntingtonchamber.org

Mark Williams serves as the Director of Marketing. Mark joined the Chamber staff in January 2026. Prior to joining the team, Mark worked as Communications Coordinator for Advancement at the Shawnee State University Foundation, where he led marketing and fundraising campaigns for multiple university organizations. He has also held communications and administrative roles at Marshall University and McCorkle Machine and Engineering. A native of Ashland, Kentucky, Mark is a graduate of Marshall University and West Virginia University and brings strong ties to the TriState region along with a passion for storytelling, marketing, and community engagement. Kaitlyn Fleming serves as the Director of Events. A recent graduate of Marshall University, Kaitlyn double majored in public relations and multimedia journalism, with a minor in marketing. Through her time at Marshall, Kaitlyn was the managing editor of The Parthenon, president of PRSSA, and a marketing intern at the Marshall Artists Series. From Proctorville, Ohio, Kaitlyn grew up just across the river and has always felt a strong pull to the Huntington community. With a strong passion for storytelling and strategic communications, Kaitlyn is excited to contribute to the region’s growth and positive momentum through her work with the Chamber. PROGRAMS & EVENTS Lunch & Learns are monthly workshops where attendees can learn new skills, share ideas, and connect with others. Thanks to Ohio Valley Bank, Lunch & Learns are free for Chamber members and catered lunch is included.

Business After Hours are monthly evening networking events held from 5–7 p.m. and hosted by a local business or organization. They’re a great chance to connect, catch up, and build new relationships while getting a behind-thescenes look at the host’s space. Attendees can also enjoy food, drinks, and door prizes.

Each September, the Business After Hours Expo brings members together to showcase their products and services in a themed, expo-style setting while connecting with the community and fellow members. Food, drinks, and door prizes are included!

The Annual Dinner is the Chamber’s premier event of the year and brings together local business owners, professionals, and community leaders. The event includes networking reception, dinner, and entertainment.

The State of the Chamber & Awards Ceremony is an annual celebration of the Chamber's accomplishments, leadership, and vision for the year ahead. The event features the installation of new Board members, recognition of outgoing leaders, and awards honoring outstanding contributions to our business community.

Hosted each August by the Charleston, Huntington, and Putnam County Chambers of Commerce, The State of the Valley brings together business and community leaders from across the Kanawha Valley to explore important regional issues. This lunch-time program features expert panels, updates, and opportunities for collaboration.

LEADERSHIP HUNTINGTON

Leadership Huntington is a program offered through the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce that is designed to connect, develop, empower, and mobilize current and emerging leaders who are committed to making a difference in the Huntington region. Presented by Marshall Health Network, the program is open to all individuals who live or work in Cabell or Wayne counties. The program aims to bring together leaders from diverse industries and backgrounds to foster collaboration, promote community involvement, and develop a network of informed and engaged leaders. The curriculum is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the region's economic, social, and political landscape, while equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to tackle complex business challenges. This is a 10-month program starting in September and ending in June. Participants meet once a month for a full day excluding a two-day orientation. Each session is organized around a theme and will be explored through speakers, discussions, field trips, and exclusive experiential activities. Applications open each year in early spring.

SUBCOMMITTEES The Ambassadors program supports the Chamber’s mission of promoting a thriving business community by actively promoting member engagement and retention. Through dedicated volunteer service, Ambassadors serve as the welcoming arm of the Chamber, fostering relationships and connecting members to programs and resources offered by the Chamber.

Huntington Young Professionals (HYP) connects young professionals (ages 21-45) through networking, career development, and community involvement. Formerly known as Generation Huntington, HYP brings together emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from diverse industries to grow, connect, and make an impact in the region.

The Women’s Impact Network (WIN) is a dedicated to supporting and empowering women professionals in the Huntington region. Through networking, professional development, education, and community engagement, WIN fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where women can connect, grow, and lead. The Small Business Roundtable is a new Chamber initiative that supports and connects small business owners and entrepreneurs in the Huntington region. These gatherings will provide a space for business leaders to share challenges, exchange ideas, and gain insights from experts.

The Government Affairs Committee is a group within the Chamber that focuses on advocating for the interests of the business community in the realm of government and public policy. The committee plays a vital role in facilitating effective communication between the business sector and government entities at local, state, and federal levels.

The Nonprofit Roundtable focuses on supporting and strengthening the nonprofit sector in the region. The roundtable meets quarterly and serves as a collaborative platform for nonprofit organizations to connect, share resources, and address common challenges through quarterly meetings.

The Manufacturing Roundtable consists of representatives from local manufacturing businesses, industry experts, government officials, and other stakeholders with a vested interest in the manufacturing sector. Members come together to address common challenges, share best practices, and promote the interests of the manufacturing community as a whole.
