Please note that charges can only be made with a valid membership card. For security purposes, membership cards are nontransferable.

HOUSE RULES

Members shall not present a gratuity in any form to an employee at any time for any service, with the exception of salon/spa personnel. Any employee accepting a gratuity will be subject to dismissal. Any member violating this rule shall be subject to disciplinaryaction.

There shall be no solicitations of funds or sale of articles or tickets without prior approval of theBoardofDirectors

Talking on cell phones is not permitted in the dining areas, Fitness Center, Spa & Salon, and Ladies’andMen’sLockerandCardRooms

Children under the age of sixteen (16) are not permittedinthe19thHole.

Children between the age of sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adultinthe19thHole

ONE BLAST OF THE SIREN MEANS YOU MUST VACATETHESWIMMINGPOOL,TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURTSANDGOLFCOURSES.

YOU DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION OF REMAINING IN THOSEAREAS

THREE BLASTS OF THE SIREN MEANS YOU MAY RETURNTOYOURACTIVITIES

FOR ANY INJURIES INCURRED ON THE CLUBHOUSE POOL PREMISES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ORDAMAGETOPERSONALPROPERTY.

Chaisesmaynotbereserved.

Duetothelossofmanypooltowels,weenforce atowelcheck-outprocedure.Allmembersand their guests are required to provide a member number. There will be a fifteen dollar ($15) charge for each towel not returned to the pool attendantbythecloseoftheday.

Anyone who is wearing or should be wearing diapers, will not be permitted in the pool Swim diapersarepermittedintheKiddiePoolonly

Food (including ice cream, cookies, snacks, etc) may NOT be brought into any area of the pooldeck

attirebeforeenteringanyenclosedareaofthe Club. No wet swimming attire is permitted inside any enclosed area of the club. Shoes mustbeworn.

CARDROOMS

RULES & GUEST POLICY

TheCardRoomopensat11:00am

Members may start playing cards before lunch, stop for lunch and return after lunch without losingtheirtable

A member may not hold tables for card players thathavenotarrivedforplay.

From October 1st to May 15th, members are limited to guests on Tuesday or Thursday; these guests may only be invited once a month. Members are welcome to invite up to three guestsatatime.

From May 16th to September 30th, members are welcome to invite up to four guests any day. Those guests may only come once in that week, includingbeinginvitedbyanothermember.

No Food is to be brought into or taken out of the CardRooms.

All card playing is restricted to the Card Rooms Card playing is not permitted in any other areas of the Clubhouse unless designated by management

GUESTPOLICIES

HUNTERS RUN PROPERY OWNER ASSOCIATION

Residents of Hunters Run who are not Class E Members may not use the Club’s facilities as a Guest of a Class E Member. Class A Members can,however,attendactivitiessuchasmovies, lectures, book reviews and the computer club as specified by the Board. They can also be invitedbyClassEMemberstoprivatefunctions heldattheClub.

AnImmediateFamilyMemberasdefinedinthe Bylaws will be eligible to receive an Immediate Family Guest card. To obtain the card the Members must register the Immediate Family Member at the Club’s reception desk. The holdersofImmediateFamilyGuestcardwillbe permitted to utilize the Club Golf, Racquet SportsandFitnessfacilities.Allotherapplicable Guestfeeswillbeimposed.

A ImmediateFamilyMembersmaynotinvite outsideguestsintheFitnessfacilities

B ImmediateFamilyMembersundertheage of16willnotbeissuedindividualGuest cards

Applications for Guest Cards, once submitted to the Concierge Desk, may require a 24-hour processing period. There may be a charge for allGuestCardsnotpickedup.

Registered Immediate Family Members must sign for all Guest charges The host Member is responsible for all charges incurred by his registered Guest All Guest charges and fees will be determined by the Board of Directors, and the appropriate committee will determine playingtimeforGolfandTennis/Pickleball

A Guest of any type is not permitted to have a Guest(exceptsee2(A)above)

Members playing Cards, who wish to start play beforelunch,stoptoeatlunch,andcomeback after lunch without losing their table must adhere to the table reservation procedure set outbytheHouseCommittee.

Members must register their card playing guests at the Concierge Desk before proceedingtotheCardRooms.

DINING ROOM RESERVATIONS

Dining reservations can be made through our websiteatwww.huntersrun.netorbycallingour reservation line directly at (561) 735-4044, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Reservations are taken for special events and Sunday Brunch, as well as all dinners in The Dining Room,GrilleRoomand26˚North.

Lunchatallrestaurantsisonafirstcome,firstserveseatingbasisunlessotherwisenoted.

Membersmayreserveuptoamaximumoftwo tables in The Dining Room (not to exceed 20 ppl).

AdherencetoHuntersRundresscodeisalways requiredinalldiningvenues,andmembersare responsible for making sure their guests complywiththedresscode

Inanefforttoprovidethebestservicepossible, all members of your party must be present in ordertobeseated

Reservations will be honored within a 15-minute grace period after your reservation time. Members arriving later than 15 minutes after their reservation time will be seated based on availability.

Members who arrive earlier than their reservation time cannot be guaranteed seating beforetheirreservationtime.

Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.

To avoid service delays, once seated, your ordersshouldbeplacedwiththeservernolater than 15 minutes from the time Members are seated

Anyone using the dining facilities is required to adheretothedresscode Itistheresponsibilityof the member to inform their guests of the dress code requirements prior to their arrival at the Club.
