As we bring another season at Hunters Run to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together and where we are headed next.
This season was defined by energy, exceeding expectations, and a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our members, fulfilling our mission statement:
"We strive to be a country club community dedicated to providing exceptional facilities and memorable experiences."
From the first day of the season to now, our team members have risen to the challenge. The level of service and professionalism displayed across the Club has not gone unnoticed. It is the reason our members choose Hunters Run and why word is spreading about the new Hunters Run.
But great organizations don’t just celebrate what went well; they take an honest look at where they can improve. This year, we leaned into that mindset. The employee survey provided important feedback, and we want to be clear: every voice was heard. With that feedback comes responsibility, and we are committed to taking action.
Accountability will continue to be a priority. Leadership matters: how we show up each day, how we communicate, how we support our teams, and how we lead have a direct impact on our culture. We remain focused on strengthening leadership alignment, reinforcing clear expectations, and ensuring consistency across all departments. Our goal is simple. We all want an environment where every team member feels respected, supported, and set up for success.
As we transition into the off-season, our work becomes even more intentional. This is the time when we refine our operations, push through summer maintenance projects while member activity is lighter, develop our leaders, and prepare for the future.
We are steadfast in aligning our operations with our vision of becoming a Platinum Club of America, one that delivers exceptional facilities and an unparalleled culture and service experience driven by our Team. That vision belongs to all of us, and so does the responsibility of bringing it to life. It calls for collective collaboration and a shared drive to keep improving, holding ourselves and one another to a higher standard every single day.
I want to thank each of you for your contributions to making Hunters Run the best country club in Boynton Beach to work and a remarkable home for our members. Your dedication, initiative, and caring attitudes are what set Hunters Run apart from the rest. We are finishing strong, but more importantly, we are building something even stronger for the seasons ahead.

ON THE COVER
Thank you to everyone for an excellent season and we hope you had a wonderful time at our Glow Party!

Emily Roeckle, PHR Director of People & Culture
As we approach the close of another remarkable season at Hunters Run, it’s a natural time to pause, reflect, and recognize what truly made this year special; our people.
In hospitality, seasons move quickly. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the moments that define us often happen in real time. Through it all, our team members have shown up with dedication, resilience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our members and one another. That is something worth celebrating.
This season, we focused not just on what we do, but how we do it. Through initiatives like Team Member Appreciation Month, Wellness Week, and our continued investment in recognition programs like OGO, we reinforced a simple but powerful belief: when we take care of our people, they take care of everything else.
We also took an important step in listening. Our employee survey gave us valuable insight into what we’re doing well and where we have opportunities to grow. Transparency matters, and so does accountability. We are actively working through
that feedback; having meaningful conversations, aligning our leadership teams, and building action plans that will strengthen communication, consistency, and overall culture across departments.
What stands out most to me is the shared commitment to getting better. There is pride in the work happening across the Club. There are leaders who care deeply and teams who want to succeed. Not just individually, but together. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through trust, respect, and a willingness to evolve.
As we transition into the off-season, our work doesn’t slow down, it shifts. This is our time to refine, to develop, and to invest in our people so that we return even stronger. Whether it’s leadership development, operational improvements, or continued focus on team member engagement, our goal remains the same: to create a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
To every team member who contributed to this season: thank you. Your impact is seen, your efforts are appreciated, and your role in shaping our culture is invaluable.
We are proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about where we are going.
Here’s to a strong finish and an even stronger future ahead.
