TERMS AND CONDITIONS: COMMUNITY NATURE EVENTS FUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS Submission of an application means that applicants agree to these terms and conditions. Receiving funding is dependent on fulfilling all requirements set out in these terms and conditions and a grant agreement, which will be provided to successful applicants.
KEY INFORMATION 1. Funding will only be used for the activity proposed in the application. 2. Hubbub reserves the right to reject an application at any point. 3. Hubbub is not in any way responsible or liable for any costs, loses or other consequences related to using the grant or failure to use the grant, or any claims or expenses that the applicant organisation may face as a result of any liability. 4. If awarded funding, you're happy for Hubbub to publicise your event via our map of summer events and social media. 5. Groups are expected to report total number of visitors after the event via a short
survey and submit a photo. We also ask that groups share short surveys with participants/attendees to their events via a link, QR codes or printed copies 6. Groups are responsible for their own risk assessments of their events. ABOUT THE FUNDING ORGANISATION The Community Nature Events Fund is being delivered by environmental charity Hubbub. DATES Application timeline: Groups can apply from 9am Weds 14th May 2025. The closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday 29th May 2025 Any application submitted after this window won’t be considered.
