EXPLORE THE LIMITLESS BENEFITS OF BEING PHYSICALLY ACTIVE! Older adults are encouraged to engage in a routine of aerobic, muscle-toning, and balanceimproving exercises weekly to maintain their physical strength. People who exercise regularly also see improvements in mental health, cognitive function, and emotional, psychological, and social well-being. By adopting an exercise regimen, individuals can discover newfound independence, enjoy a more fulfilling life, and combat persistent health issues. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends exercise as an important part of healthy aging, www.cdc.gov/physical-activity-basics
