Preventing falls involves simple, yet critical lifestyle adjustments like: • Participating in regular balance/ strength exercises • Installing home safety modifications • Reviewing medications Falls are the leading cause of injury for older adults. Many falls are preventable when you take proactive steps in securing your home environment and maintaining physical stability.
