LLOYDMINSTER EVENT ARENA IS AN OUTDOOR SPORTS COMPLEX CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN LLOYDMINSTER, DESIGNED TO SERVE AS A DYNAMIC RECREATIONAL AND EVENT HUB FOR THE COMMUNITY. THE PROJECT INCLUDES MULTIPLE OUTDOOR ATHLETIC FACILITIES, GATHERING AREAS, AND SUPPORT INFRASTRUCTURE TAILORED TO YEAR-ROUND USE. WHILE WORKING ON THE LANDSCAPE DESIGN, I CONTRIBUTED TO THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVE AND PASSIVE OUTDOOR SPACES, CIRCULATION PATHS, AND GREEN BUFFERS. THE LANDSCAPE DESIGN EMPHASIZES FUNCTIONALITY, DURABILITY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SENSITIVITY— ENSURING A COHESIVE CONNECTION BETWEEN BUILT AND NATURAL ELEMENTS WHILE ENHANCING THE USER EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH ATHLETES AND VISITORS.




ONE STEP UP FROM GRADE
CARRY THE KETTLE EARLY LEARNING CENTER NEEDED A CHILD FRIENDLY FRONTYARD FOR THE KIDS ATTENDING EARLY LEARNING CENTER THE LANDSCAPE ATTRIBUTES FOCUSED MOSTLY ON GATHERING FEATURES LIKE STORY CIRCLES, CIRCULAR SEATING AREAS,FLEX SPACE AND PERFORMING ARENA. THE CONINUING TYKE TRACK AND NEW MUSICAL PLAY ELEMENTS MADE THE SPACE FUN FOR CHILDREN AND THE PARENTS.

PARCEL E LAND DEVELOPMENT IS A STREETSCAPE DESIGN PROJECT IN CITY OF PRINCE ALBERT WITH PETER BALLANTYNE DEVELOPERS. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF 3 PHASES MOSTLY, DESIGNING A NATIVE STREETSCAPE AND LESS MAINTENANCE PLANTING DESIGN WAS THE MAIN FOCUS FOR SUSTAINABLE GROWTH.

TOWER 8 IS A MULTISTORIED RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT COMPLEX LOCATED IN THE DENSE URBAN NEIGHBORHOOD OF MIRPUR, DHAKA, BANGLADESH. THE PROJECT IS COMPOSED OF THREE INTERCONNECTED TOWERS, CAREFULLY ARRANGED TO OPTIMIZE SPACE, LIGHT, AND VENTILATION IN A HIGH-DENSITY CONTEXT. DESIGNED WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON AFFORDABILITY AND COMMUNITY WELL-BEING, THE DEVELOPMENT OFFERS A MIX OF COSTEFFECTIVE RESIDENTIAL UNITS AIMED AT MIDDLE-INCOME FAMILIES.
A DEFINING FEATURE OF TOWER 8 IS ITS INTEGRATION OF MULTILEVEL GREEN ACTIVITY SPACES THAT FOSTER COMMUNITY INTERACTION AND PROVIDE MUCH-NEEDED BREATHING SPACE WITHIN THE URBAN FABRIC. THESE LANDSCAPED TERRACES AND SHARED COURTYARDS SERVE AS SOCIAL, RECREATIONAL, AND ECOLOGICAL BUFFERS, ENHANCING BOTH THE LIVABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY OF THE DEVELOPMENT. THE DESIGN REFLECTS A CONTEXTUAL APPROACH THAT BALANCES DENSITY WITH COMFORT, AFFORDABILITY WITH QUALITY, AND STRUCTURE WITH SOFTNESS THROUGH GREEN INTEGRATION.

MultiUNIT FAMILY RESIDENCE, fARIDPUR, Dhaka.
DEVELOPED ON A NARROW URBAN PLOT, THE DESIGN ADOPTS A LINEAR CIRCULATION PATTERN TO MAXIMIZE SPATIAL EFFICIENCY WHILE MAINTAINING A CLEAR SENSE OF SYMMETRY AND SPATIAL HIERARCHY. THE LAYOUT ORGANIZES THE RESIDENTIAL UNITS ALONG A CENTRAL AXIS, CREATING A BALANCED AND ACCESSIBLE ARRANGEMENT THAT RESPONDS TO SITE CONSTRAINTS. INTENDED AS A REVENUEGENERATING PROPERTY, THE BUILDING ACCOMMODATES MULTIPLE RENTAL UNITS, OFFERING FUNCTIONAL LIVING SPACES THAT ARE BOTH COMPACT AND COMFORTABLE. THE PROJECT REFLECTS A PRACTICAL YET THOUGHTFUL APPROACH TO URBAN INFILL HOUSING, OPTIMIZING LAND USE WHILE ENSURING QUALITY LIVING ENVIRONMENTS FOR TENANTS.


















PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS: COMMERCIAL

SPACE LOCATED IN DHAKA, BANGLADESH, CONCEPTUALIZED AS AN INDOOR GREEN LOUNGE. THE DESIGN INTEGRATES LUSH NATURAL ELEMENTS INTO THE INTERIOR, BLURRING THE BOUNDARIES BETWEEN BUILT SPACE AND LANDSCAPE. WITH GREENERY WOVEN THROUGHOUT THE DINING AREAS, THE AMBIANCE EVOKES THE FEELING OF BEING IN A PARK—RELAXED, REFRESHING, AND IMMERSIVE. COMPLEMENTING THE INTERIOR, THE OUTDOOR LANDSCAPE IS INFLUENCED BY JAPANESE GARDEN AESTHETICS, EMPHASIZING CALMNESS, MINIMALISM, AND SERENITY. TOGETHER, THE SPACES OFFER A COZY YET SOPHISTICATED ENVIRONMENT WHERE DINING BECOMES A SENSORY EXPERIENCE ROOTED IN NATURE.
SCIENCE PARK
In this age of globalization, Bangladesh is passing through the technological revolution. The assigned project was a ground-breaking idea for Khulna (the south western divisional city of Bangladesh). Focusing on the multitasking and participative professionals of Gen Y. Our project drew the design solution to create technological interactive work space (both in sense of space and technological mechanisms) following the futuristic appearance in built forms. The site location was chosen in close proximity to the university to ease the accessibility for young practitioners. The project offered space for interactive training and patronization as well as creating scope for knowledge sharing.




HIGHRISE COMMERCIAL
COMPLEX
This project was conceptualized as the hub for dynamic urban culture.The location was at Jahangirgate at old airport road particularly the site of ‘Shadheenota Tower’. Overlooking the height restriction of the site (academically), the project is consisted of spaces that creates view to flow the dynamic height of the tower. To relate the scale and structure was one of the main challenges of the project.
