New HRCA Payment System We heard your concerns regarding difficulty paying your assessments and listened, beginning on Thursday, August 1, Highlands Ranch residents will have a new way to pay quarterly assessments. In a continuous effort to enhance the way Highlands Ranch residents pay assessments, Zego by Paylease, will be replaced with Versapay. Versapay will significantly improve your experience with its easy-to-use platform, true autopay functionality (payment amounts automatically change when assessments change) and the ability to see real-time balances.
