Merry Christmas
This week is our 250th edition since we started publishing back in March of 2014. Looking back, it was destiny and a huge blessing. In 2013, I was recruited by city leaders to head up an organization that we named "Keep Howe Beautiful." One of the first things I did was enter the former First Christian Church building to see about restoring it. During that visit, I found boxes full of old Howe Enterprise newspapers from 19631981 (nearly a complete set). Reading my grandfather's work inspired me to consider bringing it back. In early 2014, the opportunity arose and here we are 250 consecutive weeks later without missing one week. That doesn't allow for a lot of time off by the way which can affect stress, which can affect weight and health. But we march on because we love being able to give back to a community that gave us so much during our years. Thank you our readers that with us through edition. We don't get it right, but
