Perhaps the first "hot" day of the year reared its ugly face on Saturday as people and vendors lined the downtown area for the 31st Annual Founders Day Festival There were many activites and performances throughout the day The featured performance was the Bent Creek Band who played from 4 pm to 8 pm The Howe High School Winterguard's boys and girls performed in the middle of the street in the 3 o'clock hour
