Who We Are Keith and Howard started Round Table Realty in 2010 after a career in new construction sales. While interviewing with several brokerages in town, they both came away feeling like the industry had lost its heart. Getting the sale seemed more important than serving clients. So they took a leap of faith and started their own brokerage with one mission in mind - putting People Before Property. They call it heart-first realty.
And that just seems like the way it should be, doesn't it?

Tim Sherman Originally from Rockville, MD (just outside of Washington, DC), Tim Sherman began his professional career serving our country in the military. With enough experience during his military training to earn a degree in Oceanography, he actually became interested in real estate during his first deployment. Renting for an entire year was just as costly as paying a mortgage, and by the time he returned home, he felt disappointed he had nothing to show for all that money! When he decided to buy his first home, he was overwhelmed with the number of people in the real estate industry who helped him navigate the transaction. Tim loved the experience and realized how easy it would be to give that same experience to others. He quickly obtained his real estate license and found that soft spot for helping people. He loves having the ability to share what he knows with his clients to help them through the buying and selling process. He is the epitome of heartfirst real estate, which is why he found a match with Round Table Realty.
When he isn't working on a transaction, you might find him at the beach, fishing, or tinkering with cars and boats. Tim grew up racing a variety of cars and working on boats at his grandfather's marina. He fished professionally as a first mate on multiple private charter boats on the Chesapeake Bay, and he finds an unreasonable amount of joy in researching real estate, primarily from an investor perspective. He lives with his 12/10 fiance, their two dogs Trigger and Bentley, and he hopes to have 13 kids! (Or maybe just 3!)

Showing Checklist 1. Open all blinds. 2. Replace old light bulbs. 3. Turn off main lights. You can leave under cabinet lights and lamps on. 4. De-clutter! Surfaces and floors should be clear. 5.
